Erik Espinosa creates a fantastic array of small batch cigars out of his small boutique “La Zona” factory on a street corner in the heart of Esteli, Nicaragua. He’s able to create unique cigars by utilizing smaller allotments of tobacco that mass-produced brands can’t go near. But like all other factories, after his cigars are rolled, there are left-over tobacco scraps remaining. And instead of just throwing them away, they roll them up into premium wrapper leaves to create Espinosa Fumas. The end result - a medium body cigar made in Nicaragua using a Habano wrapper.
