I’ve used multiple online cigar spots and CI is by far the most consistent with the best selection! I’ve never had a shipping issue or had cigars show up dry and cracked. I received this package in a very timely manner, very well packed, everything looked good. However, when I went to open the lighter lid, the spring shot out of it therefore rendering the lid for the lighter useless.

The case is of excellent quality, it’s very heavy, durable and seals well. The lighter is a nice addition as well, I can’t let go of my super torch though so I gifted it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because 4 of the 5 Undercrowns were rock hard. 1 smoked well and 2 I threw out half way through. I have 2 in my humidor, maybe time will tell. This wasn’t CI’s fault though... I think they were rolled way too tight, kind of surprising from Drew Estates...
