Drew Estate Blue Ribbon Bundles

Always a first-place finish with Blue Ribbon.

Drew Estate, known for dishing out one 90-rated gem after another, has established himself as one of the top cigar manufacturers in the biz today. Most of the time a hefty price tag would accompany these prized possessions, so, while they were adored for their quality and intense flavor profiles, they were also designated as “special occasion” cigars for some. Now Drew Estate aims to please the masses with this wallet friendly, bundled release dubbed Blue Ribbon.

Stuffed to the brim with Nicaraguan long-filler tobaccos, this puppy has the same grade A construction as its ritzy counterparts. Graced by an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper leaf cloaking a refined Nicaraguan binder, these budget sticks are in peak physical form. With multiple notes making appearances such as sweet pepper and graham cracker, Blue Ribbon is in a bundled class above the rest and with these bargain prices you’ll be singing all the way to the finish line.

Hard to believe that these are a Drew Estate Product! Some were so hard that I hard to pierce them full length in order to light them, then they smoked hot! Others were soft and canoed. Out of the first 10 3 were enjoyable. WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN! PASTOR TONY

Best bang for the buck
A very inexpensive stick that has a wonderful flavor. Surpasses many much higher priced cigars.

I was excited to receive a bundle from Drew Estates at an affordable price. The cigars I received had terrible draw....they simply couldn't be smoked! Not one of the 20 was smokable, so I won't buy these again. I guess the old rule is true, you get what you pay for.

Drew estate blue bundle
Flavor is good but draw is way to tight.

Close but no cigar!
I bought these for a friend. However, he was unable to enjoy them properly because the cigars had an extremely tight draw. He did enjoy the taste during a few rare instances but the smoke was near nonexistent and the heat created from the constant puffing made the experience disappointing.

Definitely not a good smoke.. even for the price
Very disappointed with the purchase. The taste is horrible. The draw is hard and the wrappers come a part. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Great everyday smoke, burn performance and wrap fantastic. Sometimes on back order. Jump on them when they are. Can't go wrong with Acid brands.

Below Average
Very poor cigar. Had high expectations with the Drew Estate moniker and instead find the Blue Label alternate preferable. Very Disappointing.

Love these
These Cigars are absolutely amazing to have, especially for the price. You can’t go wrong with these. Great for having when on the run or at home with friends, especially those that aren’t cigar smokers.

It's really hard to believe that Drew Estate made these cigars. Save your money and don't buy these cigars.

Great price for a daily stick!
I enjoy all the Blue Ribbon cigars as they are a good smoke for the price. These are one of my daily smokes. I gave the Torpedo 4 stars because I find that 10-20% of the sticks in the bundles I buy are tightly rolled causing more effort than I like to spend to smoke them.

Nice cigar. A few were a little tight. I use a punch and no probs with splitting when punched, good construction, My opinion is a mild to med. smoke with good taste.

Pull Harder
I am finding as I go through the cigars that they are a little tight and require more effort to smoke than I prefer

Trying to give them a chance
These cigars burn horribly but taste really good I'm going to let them sit for a while in my humidor to see if the burn improve.

Drew Estate blue ribbon cigars
cigars are mild at best first third no flavor. Flavor comes on in the second third very very mild. Favors are good in the second third but to late. This is a throw away cigar/ fill in cigar.

Not what I expected.
I was real disappointed with these. I'm a huge Drew Estate guy so that's saying a lot. The wrappers are super thin, they don't acclimate well, all of them have split and cracked when cut and smoked. The flavor is nothing to impress either. I thought I had found a gem when I ran across these, that was definitely not the case. Would not recommend or purchase again. Drew Estate remains my favorite brand but I'll steer clear of these.

Blue Ribbon Review
For the price this is an okay smoke. Not uncommon for canoeing to occur and stick gets hot about half way through.

Customer Testimonials
For less than 2 bucks a piece, I don't know what these other people expected with their reviews. However, I was very pleasantly surprised by my order. Granted, these aren't smokes you'd be proud to share with other aficionados, but they are far beyond acceptable as a daily economy smoke, for sure. I just got my first bundle, and am looking forward to my second!
Surprisingly flavorful for the price! Big billows of smoke and an even burn. Definitely a good cigar for the more casual times like a golf outing or a day out fishing.
Kinda plain smoke. Not a lot of flavor to it. Burn and construction were really good though. Probably be better if you let them rest for a good long while.
Have had these before; both Robusto & Toro. They are great for an everyday "yard gar", and thanks to JD and CI for offering these up. No Liga Privada, but at a little over a buck and a half per stick, how can you go wrong? I'd put these up amongst others I've paid much more for.
