Davidoff is well-known for their high-end, superior quality cigars. Many of their lines are limited releases and even sometimes rereleases of some of their best creations. Enter today's subject of discussion. In 2005, Davidoff's Robusto Intenso with a blend that was well-loved by many. Flash forward to 2020 and Davidoff has once again brought back out a hidden gem from their massive portfolio. 

Davidoff Robusto Intenso LE 2020, has taken the same vintage blend and, like fine wine, aged some of the tobacco to put new life and spin into this special super-premium cigar. These 10 delicious looking cigars come in a gorgeous box emblazoned with the Davidoff logo and six stars across the lid. These six stars represent the six different tobaccos used to make the Robusto Intenso LE. The first is Havana seed filler, 7 years aged that lends its intensity and spice to the 4-year old Piloto long-filler that represents the second star. The third star is the 6-year aged San Vincente Mejorado long-filler, that adds complexity to the fourth star, Hybrid 254 Jicome filler tobacco used to stimulate sweet and sour taste buds. The fifth star, a 4-year aged San Vincente binder lends a bit of sweetness to the profile while the sixth, and final star, is represented by the Ecuadorian Habano wrapper that adds a spiciness to the already intense profile of nuts, dark chocolate, and pepper found in this sophisticated blend.
