Cusano Nicaragua

Complete the Trinity

Every once in a while, I want the fanciest of the fanciest, the best of the best. The top of the top-hats. But, most times, when I’m knocking around with a cigar, I’m just looking for something that burns well, tastes good, and doesn’t burn my entire paycheck. Enter Cusano. Responsible for the 90-rated Cusano 18 Corojo, Cusano boxes are an affordable, no-frills option for the cigar enthusiast who craves premium flavor, but cringes at premium price tags.

Cusano Nicaragua has no fancy packaging. It has no fancy story behind it. But it does have a red-hued Sumatra wrapper, and tasty Dominican and Nicaraguan long-fillers. Medium to full-bodied, each Cusano Nicaragua will greet you warmly cedar, slight peppery spice, and a warm toastiness that’s balanced, bright, and a fantastic way to unwind after a long day. Cusano Nicaragua is a true cigar enthusiast’s cigar, showing that it’s the tobacco, and not the packaging, that makes the cigar. Give it a shot, and you won’t regret it.

These are definitely a great buy for the price, and far above average in which I most certainly will keep these babies in rotation!!

Cusano Review
The Cusano was totally enjoyable as an all day, every day smoke. Well constructed with long ash. Super smooth with a little spice on the finish. Looking forward to my next box...perhaps the Maduro.

Surprisingly Good Smoke
Smooth cigar with a good draw. Flavor is subtle with a warm cedar taste and slight peppery feel that transitions into a well balanced smoke.

Cusano Nicarauga Toro
Cusano never disappoints. I typically buy Dominican versus Nicaraguan, however, these are terrific.

Good Smoke
Good smoke, nice draw, flavor right on point. I could see this being a really good everyday smoke like my 5 Vegas

Great construction
This is a well made stick that burns evenly with no soft spots or tunnels. Tasty too.

A gem
Bought these and handed out to friends before ever tasting one. When I finally got around to smoking one I had four left... handed them all out because I didn't think too highly of them. Surprise. I discovered a hidden gem at dirt low pricing. Ordering another box today and may use it as my daily cigar. I normally smoke Olive V Melano as my daily cigar. I doubt you'd find a cheaper cigar with mature flavoring. Burnt perfect, nice draw, very smooth flavors.
