10 Years of Las Calaveras!
Since 2014, Crowned Heads has been releasing an annual LE by the name of Las Calaveras. Ranging in wrapper leaves, blends, and branding, the Las Calaveras line has become one of the most anticipated annual releases in the industry today. In addition to a 2024 Las Calaveras release, Crowned Heads was kind enough to create an additional blend to honor the four who have passed from the Crowned Heads family during the Calaveras era so far, as well as inscribing their initials on the band itself.
The blend uses tobacco grown by the Garcia family of My Father, with an Ecuadorian Habano Oscuro wrapper atop a binder and long-fillers from Nicaragua. The Decimo Aniversario is masterfully blended, with notes of cocoa, leather, oak, mixed nuts, and white pepper. It's a wonderful tribute to the loved ones over at Crowned Heads, so be sure to grab some before they go up in smoke.
