Blackened 'M81' by Drew Estate

Smoked about ten of these so far. smooth flavor, even burn, it's a good cigar to wind down the week.

It took me some time to find these , they were worth the wait.

This is probably one of my new favorites will be buying a lot more.

These cigars are so good I had to go grab a corn on the cob holder to use as a makeshift nub holder so that I could smoke it all the way to the end. I'm a Drew Estate fan prior to this, as well as Metallica fan. So with the collaboration on this cigar from both it was a must try for me, and man it doesn't disappoint. When I give reviews I try and give more then just the simple 1-2 sentences that tell you simply the liked or didn't like it, I try and give as much info so that others can have a potential starting point to enjoy their smoke time to the fullest. My first pair attempt was with Rumchata straight over ice, I know the obvious choice would be a whiskey, but trust me when I say this pairing is just perfect. The hints of spice from the M81 brought out the cinnamon of the Rumchata, ant then with the hints of chocolate coming into the mixture it enhanced the creamy texture of the Rumchata and also gave it a smooth chocolate milk like taste to boot. Next tried it with Cinnamon Toast drink (Rumchata and Fireball Whiskey shaken and strained), again the pairing was perfect as the spice enhanced the drink. Definitely worth getting a supply on hand when ever possible. While the M81 is best when enjoyed with whiskey, the Rumchata pairing is right there with it. Draw was smooth, burn was even and slow, and smoke was relaxing.

Package arrived right on time and packaged correctly. I had one within a day in my humidor and was not impressed. I then waited a week and was pleased it lived up to all the hype.
