A really good cigar that has fruited up well since production. Reddish Derby horse brown wrapper. Cigar burns evenly for about 1 hr. Plenty of spice from the tobacco filler blend. Good dose of nicotine also per stick. A save for yourself Stogie for the average Joe. Excellent

Grabbed this 5 pack since I hadn't tried the Lionheart before. Excellent construction for a smooth draw. I caught a little spice or white pepper on the retrohale but just enough to let me know it was there. Burn has been right on, maybe a touch wavy, but nothing that had to be corrected. Nice solid ash that I got to a good length before I tapped it off. I found it paired nicely with Scotch and Bourbon. Will get again for the right price.

The Bishop 10 pak I rcvd was very satisfying this time around. All cigars burned well and with no runs or blockage which is prevalent with AJ 'S smokes. Chestnut Wrappers, full bodied with a touch of AJ spice.

I've had full bodied cigars before but oh my goodness these are very strong. I like them very much. The flavor is good, they burn even and they are easy to draw on. But I would probably prefer a medium bodied cigar.

Medium bodied and smooth. The size is perfect for a nice midday 30 minute smoke. Goes well with IPA's. Usually burns even, occasionally the construction will require slight dressing at the beginning, but by the time you hit the sweet spot its burning even. The flavor profile gets nice and rich bout half way. I'll be buying these again!

These were decent smokes. They needed to be in the humidor for a minimum of 2 weeks as I had an issue with the whole cap coming off the end of the cigar thus resulting in the wrapper unraveling. Some where also unevenly packed resulting in tough draw. The ones that had some time in the humidor and were well packed where great. I should have started with a 5 pack.

I luv the Ave Maria and this cigar is like the red headed stepchild of the AVE line. The cigar is well constructed and burns welll ( as the whole AVE line does) but the flavor profile of AVE cigars is super smooth, this one has a little “bite” in its flavor profile. And that is a Good Thing for this cigar!

Been a fan of Ave Maria cigars for a while. They are well constructed and their cigar bands are second to nearly none. Presentation is important to the experience which doesn't disappoint when it comes to the actual smoke. Solid cigars all around. I tried these a little early after delivery (just over a week), ready to smoke. They'll only get better.
