Dressed in a creamy Connecticut wrapper, this Honduran puro starts out spicier than it finishes and burns clean and straight with consistent milky, nutty flavor notes from start to finish. It's a sadly underrated but thoroughly enjoyable smoke.

I've only recently taken up cigar smoking so I don't know all the fancy lingo, but after trying quite a few samplers, I can say that the Medalist is a great smoke. It has a smooth, mellow flavor and the stick burns great. The cigars were shipped fast and were in good condition. This was a good buy for me and recommend them for beginner smokers.
