Alec Bradley Black Market Filthy Hooligan Barber Pole 2020

Good news, Alec Bradley Black Market Filthy Hooligan is back in action for its seventh straight year. Slightly modifying the original core blend of the 90-rated Alec Bradley Black Market, the 2020 Filthy Hooligan makes use of an Ecuadorian Sumatra binder hugging long-fillers from Honduras and Panama. The unique part is the striking Honduran Candela on Nicaraguan Jalapa Maduro barber pole wrappers. This ain’t a green gimmick my friends, it’s tasty, it’s bold, and it’s a thing of beauty. People scooped these boxes up faster than you could say Shamrock last year. And this year, Alan Rubin decided to use the exact same blend, and produced just 2,000 boxes. Grab a box while you still can.

Special limited cigar, buy them fast!
Fantastic cigar. Really cool special design for the St Patrick’s Day holiday! They smell clean with hints of hay, and grass. Just like any candela wrapper it may need to be re-lit towards the middle, but smokes wonderfully. Get these fast because they will disappear soon since so few boxes are made!

Smooth Flavor and an even burn
I missed the release last year and have waited for so long to smoke another, I find this cigar goes great with bourbon or a stout beer. It is Clean, & Smooth to smoke, and always has an even burn.

Favorite seasonal
First time I've bought an entire box of these, so far not disappointed. Good roll on the six I've had with consistent draw. Flavor has been consistent as well, I wouldn't say I have a developed palate but it's a well balanced cigar with a delicious sweet grass flavor that's not overpowering. It's a great cigar that burns smooth, slow, and evenly. I've enjoyed it with scotch, bourbon, and coffee. I will buy again and reccomend to anyone.

Great cigar
Great mild flavor, great burn, paired very well with Basil Hayden dark rye as well as St. Bernardus abt 12 I was drinking. Smoked one at the lounge and bought another to go.

Fun Cigar
These cigars are a great size for 9 holes of golf or morning paper and coffee. They are smooth and have a great taste. But, these are not a lay down get back to cigar, you have to actively smoke it or it will burn out. But I love these cigars.

Great Stick
Far better stick than I expected. Middle of the road medium, maybe a hair under. Good taste and well constructed...I skoked it down to the nub.

Nice Limited Edition Cigars
These were a great run; fun to smoke; grassy smooth; and a nice finish. Limited Edition so I picked up a couple boxes!

Visibly nice, taste not so much.
This cigar has a great visual but the flavors just aren’t there. Maybe a hint of chocolate or cocoa but other than that it’s pretty enigma-like on flavor.
