#49: Sancho Panza Triple Anejo and Mark Twain Memoir

Good smokes; burns even; fair-goof taste.

These were a pleasure to smoke. The lite, draw, and burn were good. The flavor profile was distinct but not over powering. Highly recommend trying both.

I don't think there's more to say. Well rolled, no loose tobacco after cutting. Good flavor, the picture matched the quality of the product that arrived. Only complaint, my supply ran out too quickly.

Both are a good every day cigar. Both are consistent on flavor, texture and burn. Excellent for the price.

The Mark Twain is a fantastic smoke for the money. The Sancho Panza is a dog turd wrapped in leaf. Impossible draw. If you can get them lit they have to be re-lit continually. Ultimately I tossed the last two in the trash. Buy a box of Mark Twain's and forget about Sancho

As expected delivered taste as needed

Not the greatest cigars but well priced. Lots of smoke and tobacco and the draw was pretty good but the Twain's lacked flavor. I did like Panzas

I enjoyed the Mark Twain Memoirs. They burned evenly had an excellent draw and flavor and lasted close to and hour and a half. The Sancho Panza Anejos did not smoke as well. I had trouble off and on with the draw and uneven burning. The tip would also get soggy.

The Sancho pants was a surprisingly good smoke but the mark remains were a let down

3rd time ordering this. Both good cigars and the price is legit considering you get them in gordo size. My first Mark Twain and it’s certainly decent. Also a good stick from Sancho. Occasional tough draw but you know how it is. Med-full, good flavor, worth it

good smokes for just kicking back and enjoying a day of fishing or yard work, my brother turned me on to mark twains & sancho panza, and when i mow his yard he pays me with 4 cigars of different brands. both burn good and have a smooth draw. try em you might like em too

The Mark twains ,was the better cigar. The Sanchez had a not so tasteful bite.

This was a good two-fer at a great price. I haven't had any problems with either the Sancho Panzas or Mark Twains. I do prefer the Mark Twains for consistent flavor.

The MARK TWAIN sticks went real well nice burn so good ordered a new box ! The SANCHO PANZA TRIPLE ANEJO was not nearly as good , burn was uneven and draw was tight average smoke .

The triple Aňejo is always a go yo cigar. I was pleased with the Mark Twain maduro. Smooth to the finish

2 great cigars. Had a little problem with the sancho leaf being a little dryed out and brittle. Other than that, it was a great and delicious smoke.

This is a great combo at a even greater price, The mark twain's burned even and taste great, only one bad sancho, but will definitely buy again!!

Both brands were awesome

This two brand package was a great deal.The 4 star review is only because, I was unfortunately not fond of the Mark Twains. They are good cigars just a little heavier smoke than I care for. The Sancho Panza's on the other hand were a nice mellow flavored cigar and I will probably order them again.

I have not made up my alleged mind yet. My first of each stick ended up very bitter at the end and I put them down early. I waited a few days and tried a second Mark Twain Memoir, but opened the foot wide and drew on it slow. There was no bitter taste at the end this time. Maybe I was smoking them too fast with a punch cut the first time. Nothing to note but consistent taste and not much strength. Smoked to the hot nub. This second stick sure lasted a long time and was OK.

These 60 ring, full flavored cigars, are great on the golf course. Good for one a side. Not only do they have a great medium-strong taste, they have an easy draw and burn evenly. The Mark Twain Memoir has become one of my favorites. The price is right, too! Toni P., San Diego

I have become a fan of the Mark Twains. The one's I get in this sampler seemed to be a bit dry but nonetheless I enjoyed them.

I normally only buy Mark Twain, but the combination of the two worked really well. Switching between them allows your taste to enjoy the richness of both.

The Sancho Panza cigars are very good. Hoever the Mark Twain sticks are a little strong for me. Overall though good smokes.

I really enjoyed the Sancho Panza Triple Anejo, just the right spice...and I've always been partial to the Mark Twains. This is a good deal for some really decent smokes.

I have had the Sancho Panza before and found it to be a good cigar with a good finish. The Mark Twain surprised me. This is a nice cigar. Deep flavor and even burn. Definitely going to order this one again!

Sancho Panza is a bit inconsistent. The Triple Anejo can be terrific or draw poorly. At its best it is terrific. The Mark Twain is a delightful surprise, a wonderful mild yet flavourful smoke and an unbeatable bargain.

Reading the Reviews ,I thought the cigars would taste better but sadly they did not. The Sancho Panza wasn't bad burned even and tasted decent. The Mark Twain didn't smell good , didn't taste good and left a bad taste for a couple of days. Good price but won't be buying again.

The Mark Twain cigars were excellent for my developing pallet.

These 2 are my absolute go to smokes. Panza is bold with perfect spice (not overpowering) Twain is smooth & perfect strength. If you like chillin moose 2 & bahai madura these will go with your pallet.

The Mark Twain was fantastic as I expected, the Sancho Panza was a delicious surprise, it didn't last as long as I expected though but that might be because it was so good. I'll be buying both again in the future

I enjoy the Mark Twains from time to time so I thought I’d try the combo with the Sancho Panza Anjeos. I was a little disappointed in those because they don’t have a consistent burn. To keep them going you have to work pretty hard and then they get hot. The flavor is enjoyable when they burn properly.

This is one of my favorite deuces CI is offering, great pair up and this price just can't be beat. If your curious about any of these brands I would say take a chance, they are well constructed, offer plenty of flavor and although I normally always let newly acquired stick sit in my humi a bit these came ready to smoke. I will certainly be buying this from time to time.

This 2fer showed up after being on back order for a short while. After letting sit in the humidor for a few weeks i finally smoked one of each.... WOW!!! Amazing all around. Nice slow burn and wonderful flavors!!

The Mark Twain Memoir is an enormous but very satisfying smoke. At first glance, it looks like a full-bodied monster, but it is actually quite mild. You can spend a good hour or more with this baby, so give yourself some time to enjoy the notes of leather and coffee.

I took a chance on this cigar bundle and I'm glad I did. The Mark Twain cigar was a better smoke in my opinion but the Sancho Panzo was just as good.

I ordered the Gentleman's Duece just for the Sancho Panza. I was greatly surprised by how good The Mark Twain is. Great smoke nice flavor. Really enjoyed it all the way through.

This combo hits a grand slam. Both cigars pair well with a good scotch.

Hardy smokes

These 2 pair together well, I would not rate them at 90 or above, but just under, - good even burn, good draw, rich notes, (both) not too dry or too moist, rolled well- not tight or loose (cuts good), overall "good in the medium range".

Mark Twain memoir has become my favorite cigar, among many others, constantly filling my humidor. It's rich in flavor, even burn and great aromas have gotten me complements. Sancho panza triple añejo is a powerful cigar. Full from start to finish. Great leathery black pepper taste. Will continue buying this combo or each one by themselves.

Great performance from an everyday priced cigar. Mark Twain is a suprising, smooth and hearty gem, while the Triple Anejo is tough and satisfying. What a great combo. what a great price!

I bought these out of curiosity since both are new.I will buy them again.

I was have given it 5 stars but the Sancho Panza is a major disappointment. The Mark Twain Memoir is a good smoke with good taste and ample smoke and never burned hot.I'll certainly buy the MT but not the Panda again
