#45: San Cristobal Revelation and Alec Bradley Prensado

Love the san cristobal, rich medium bodied smoke, one of my favorite samplers.

This is one particular sampler that I hope you continue to sell because as long as you sell it I will continue to buy it. I enjoy both cigars.

First San Cristobal and I am now a huge fan of the Revelation! Also a fan of the Prensado. Both come in the appropriate size in my opinion. The Alec Bradley cigars are very good, but the wrapper cracks very easily. The San Cristobal Revelation are amazing cigars I’d give them an 11/10 if I could. This combination is a great one and worth a try.

Wow!! Two Great cigars teamed up together. This has to be the best Gentlemen's Deuce duo and at a great price. Jump on this one!

This lot went right into the humidor although the last time I got them as I recall they were a bit dry but still had plenty of smoke and they burned evenly down to the nub.

This sampler was a great find. The san Cristobal is one of my recent favorites. This sampler gave me the opportunity to try a new cigar along with a known favorite. I had my fist prensado last night and it’s a great full bodied smoke with a smooth texture. I will order this combo again!

Revelation is a tasty treat and great cigar. Prensado starts rich and smooth, but about half way, it gets harsher and a lot less pleasant. It's still a good cigar but everyone preferred the SC Revelation. Would buy this sampler again in a heartbeat.

Great balance with a even burn. The roll is just right for a pleasant amount of smoke. The flavors are rich but not over bearing. Making for a enjoyable smoke with your favorite drink. His sons should be proud to have this cigar carry their name.

Alec Bradley Prensado is my all time favorite, the strong notes and complex flavours is a big plus. Have been smoking ALec Bradley about a year now. I thoroughly enjoy the last bit of smoke. My new favorite and infact go to cigar now is San Cristobal Revelation... very smooth yet the flavor profiles are amazing, great construction with a balance in blend is an amazing combination.

I have ordered these before. I love the Deuces options as it gives me the chance to try out different smokes. This is one of the better combos.

Really impressed, one of my favorite samplers. San Cristobal has an excellent flavor. Earthy, bread toast, slight pepper on the end. AB Prensado another great flavored stick, mild flavor but quality. If you’re looking for a quality sampler to show your friends this one is definitely a must have. You will not be disappointed.

Well Balanced yet bold flavor. A Consistant smoke from beginning to end.

Alex Bradley were great but the San Cristobal were not as smooth.

The Alec Bradley Prensado, has been a favorite for a long time. First time for the San Cristobal Revelation. Really enjoyed it , stays lit nice draw and lasts me through 11-12 holes of golf. Will be buying more

Both are incredible balance of smooth and flavorful. They are medium to full bodied with great flavor. Exceptionally smooth with no overwhelming peppery nite. And for this price, its a close to perfection as you can get.

The Revelations were everything was hoping for, nice burn, flavorful, lasted long time, will definitely buy them again. Prensados were a disappointment. Love the Alec Bradley Tempus line, expected a lot more from these. No real flavor at all. Did burn nice, but bland.

Outstanding cigars by any standard. Tried the Prensado in a churchill size first so the bundle that included robusto sizes was a no-brainer.

I'm a Florida boy and an avid angler . The perfect companions on the water and at the days end are a good boat drink and a great cigar .

This was a pack of 10 awesome cigars at a good price. I was looking to restock my humidor and work something new into the mix. I knew I loved the Prensados but never had tried the San Cristobal Revelations before. They are kick-Ass! Cery similar to the Alec Bradelys with both giving lots of rich smoke tasting of the leathery, peppery goodness that is a maduro cigar. The Prensados have more of a natural tobacco flavor, that may be a bit vague. It's worth buying this pack to find out for yourself!

The Aiec Bradley Presando was always one of my favorite sticks. This was my first purchase of the San Cristobal Revelation.......WOW! What a wonderful taste of various spices and the sweet taste of chocolate. This great cigar will be a nice addition to my humidor...... Thank you CI for pairing two magnificent smokes. This is a must for all cigar conissours.

I really enjoyed both of these cigars. I have always loved the Prensado, but this is my first time to try the Revelation. It does not disappoint. If you are a Medium to Full bodied fan, as I am. You will love these.

Prensado is a very good cigar and San Cristobal is one of our favorites. They never fail to provide a great smoking experience.

Have always liked the Prensado and thought I'd give the San Cristobal Revelation a try. With the deal being offered by CI, it's almost worth it just for the Prensado's. The bonus is that the Revelation's are top notch themselves. It's a combo I will be getting again, and again, and again.

Okay cigars for the price

San Cristobal Revelation was okay. I had them in the humi for a little over a month and then tried one, it was quite peppery for me. Otherwise it was okay. Nothing too huge to write home about not sure if it was the one stick or.... The Prensado's always great.

Alec Bradley have become one of my favorite go to cigars. Always seems to have the great qualities you expect in a Cigar. The Same seems to follow in the San Cristobal. Although I have not experienced many of these. My only wish would be to go with a larger ring size on the Bradley.

Great cigars. Revelation burned great and good flavor. earthly, with a splash of pepper at the end. Prensado was great also great burn. Very smooth, good cap, creamy smooth through out the burn and flavor was consistent down to the end. Almost burned my fingertips.

I had the opportunity to enjoy the San Cristobal Revelation and Alec Bradley Prensado. The San Cristobal started out a bit rough but within a minute or so smoothed out beautifully; it was an enjoyable smoke. The Alec Bradley Prensado on the other hand, started out smooth and stayed that way throughout and billowed out copious amounts of smoke. While I enjoyed both sticks the Alec Bradley Prensado was clearly my favorite and is on my short list of brands to buy when I'm replenishing my humidor.

san cristobal did not draw well and i kept having to re-light, and huff and puff. Presnsado have yet to disappoint and is always a well rounded smoke

Received this package and let the cigars sit in the humidor for a week. I pulled out the Alec Bradley last night and used my draw poker to make sure I got a good draw. The Alec Bradley cigar tasted great. It really is a 96 rated and it shows. The only drawback was the cigar did go out about midway through and had to be relit. Maybe another week in the humidor will help these sticks out. When they were shipped, they did come in a nice size CI zip lock bag.

Extremely pleased with the dual order of Prensado ( go to cigar for these pairings) and the Revelation which I've never tried before but will now reorder soon.

I was highly impressed with the Revelation, like most blends from Pepin as of late. The Prensado, always a favorite of mine since its inception, had an unfamiliar flavor. It seems like the folks at AB have been having a tough time keeping their blends consistent from year to year. It still wasn't bad, but I'd rather the San Cristobal's be paired with something like a La Aroma de Cuba or My Father. Jose Garcia FTW.
