CI sent me one of these as a gift with a purchase. It immediately broke. However, I called them and told them about it, and they sent me that a replacement at their expense. It is still going strong, and has a great flame! It is easy to refill, also. I’ve used it on dozens of cigars, and I’m a guy that uses a lighter to toast the end of the cigar before I light it, which causes the cigar lighter to get used a lot. It’s worked out great but, more than that, hats off to CI for excellent service!
