La Galera Cigars are fairly new to the industry, but the factory they represent has been perfecting its craft for 80 years now. That’s right, La Galera Cigars is the new flagship brand being made at Tabacalera Palma in the Dominican Republic which was one of the first Dominican Cigar factories established in 1936. And the La Galera 80th Anniversary blend is quite possibly their finest cigar to date. It’s crafted with a rich San Andres wrapper and Dominican Piloto Cubano and Criollo 98 long-fillers. It’s medium to full in body, rich with flavors, and is balanced to a T. It only comes in two box-pressed vitolas and here today, we have 7 of each packaged in a gorgeous gift box that’s made to resemble a cigar mold. The cigars are fantastic, and the packaging is a collectors dream, have at ‘em.
