These cigars are an absolute favorite. A treat at any hour. I have a humidor full of them and for good reason- a smoke that boasts consistent plumes of a beautiful and dark smoke. Though packed densely with bitter earth notes and spice, couldn’t be harsh even if you dipped it in gasoline first. A favorite that will remain on hand as long as they are available.

These are among the best cigars that I've ever smoked. They burn evenly, draw easily, give off exceptionally large amounts of smoke, taste great, and sport a very well done, long end cap that doesn't peel off when you clip it.
I will buy them again and again.

This was my first time trying this cigar. When it arrived they were dry and started coming apart when lit. The I took the plastic off and kept in the humidor for ten plus days. Amazing results. Smooth draw and great smoke.

Not the first time I have received dried out cigars from CI. I plan to make it the last though! I have had those cigars in a moist environment for weeks and still they fall apart when I try to smoke one. I'm very disappointed in CI. I have also requested a catalog every time I place an order, because for some reason your online store won't let me check out! So I am done with CI. I just reviewed some Nubs and my review was unfavorable for the same reason and have heard nothing from CI and won't be surprised when you don't respond to this either, because you only want favorable reviews!!!

I will never buy another Obsidian anything. This is the second time I got stung by one of Obsidian’s cigars. These cigars were nasty tasting and began to unravel as soon as I took the band off. Totally disappointed!!!

Decent over all stick. Pepper, cocoa, and earthy. First third has a hard time producing enough smoke. For what every reason this goes away by the second third and it really melds the spicy and earthy flavors well. Final third the cocoa comes in and settles down the pepper. I will buy again but only if on sale. Good everyday stick a little inconsistent roll. Much better than say a Quoram but nowhere near a Diesel or Padron.

First inch pepper,pepper and some spice.The pepper and spice then tapers off to a nice sweet tobacco by the halfway mark turns into a candy like mix of sweet tobacco,Brown sugar and caramel. Final third same candy like mix with the pepper coming on board again right down to the nub. Very tasty. A medium/full cigar with a nice dark oily wrapper. Produces a sweet aroma,a slight nicotine head buzz and a ash that flowers out erratically like something out of a sci-fi horror movie. This is definitely a cigar that I've found tends to come to you young and nasty tasting. After 6 to 9 months to mello out they're ready to go.

A great tasting, full-bodied smoke, and one of my faves overall. I really enjoy these. If I had a complaint, it would be that they don't fill out to the 60 ring size as well as other perfectos, like the Gurkha Centurian and the Diesel Perfecto... I would argue that just because it hits the 60-ring size at a point, that doesn't make it a 60 ring. The Centurian and Diesel are mostly 60 ring the entire length of the cigar, this one slowly tapers to the 60 size and quickly tapers back off. Still, I got these at a steal, so I can't complain too much.

i got a box of 20 boxed pressed toros 3 months ago after trying a sampler. So far all have been very consistent burn. produces a great amount of smoke and very oiley. They only get better for as long as they are in my humidor. The draw is just right on everyone of them. baseline flavor of dark earth and cedar with nuances of pepper and leather 1st third, caramel in 2nd, and creamy earth in the 3rd. If cared for properly you wont be disappointed.

Flavor is a bit odd, and they don't burn well. My buddies that don't smoke cigars often like them, so at least I found a way to get rid of them. I wouldn't buy again.

A great smoke at a great price point. What makes a "great" smoke? Consistency, construction and of course the ever subjective flavor. Consistency and good construction are present and I have gone through boxes, yes that's plural..boxes of these smokes. So if you are a fan of Brazilian tobacco as I am then Obsidian, another fine Pinar Del Rio offering, should be on your list to try.

I read the negative reviews on this cigar and believe they are rookies and do not know how to care for this stick. These cigars have a good thick smoke and a great, balanced flavor. I do not believe that high cost = a good cigar. This cigar is excellent and at a very reasonable price. This is my go to cigar and I have no complaints about it. This is a 5 star cigar that is very cost friendly.

Thoroughly enjoy Obsidian White. Went with black this time. Great aroma, flavor (heavy notes of cedar and ligero) but one seriously ugly cigar. It is strong one so you need to set aside some time when you light it up.
