Contact Center Sales/Customer Service Representative

Department: Contact Center

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for customer orders, ensuring a timely and professional response to incoming customer calls/orders
  • Answers incoming customer calls in a prompt and friendly manner.

Distribution Center Roles

Department: Distribution Center

Receiver

Objective: To count inbound inventory accurately yet quickly so that merchandise can be delivered into inventory within 24 hours of receipt. Must possess basic math skill, be able to lift 50 pounds on a continual basis and operate basic warehouse equipment.


        

Replenishment

Objective: To put away new inventory into proper bin locations and overstock within 24 hours of counting. To pull down overstock and replenish bins so products can be available for the next work day. Must be able to operate stand-up lift, and lift 50 pounds on a continuous basis.


        

Sampler Maker/Assembler

Objective: To create samplers in an accurate and timely manner as designated by management. Samplers must be accurately assembled in a neat manner and presentable for sale and delivery to our customers. Individuals must be very detailed oriented.


        

Order Layout

Objective: To sort picked product and match it to the customer invoice efficiently and accurately. Order layout drives the tempo on the packing floor, so it is important that the employee has strong product recognition and pays close attention to detail.


        

Packer

Objective: To pack individual customer orders efficiently in a manner that ensures no damage to the product inside the package as well as an above average package presentation upon delivery to our customers. Presentation is very important; it is our customers' first impression of Cigars International.


        

Picker

Objective: To pick product for all customer orders within an acceptable time frame accurately in order to meet daily fulfillment requirements for customers. Job requires walking for the entire shift, product recognition skills, pushing a pick cart that could weigh up to 25 pounds and keeping pick cart clean and orderly. Order picker is also responsible for maintaining a clean work environment in the pick area and for bringing any stock discrepancies or errors to the attention of management.

Extern (post graduate)

Merchandising Generalist

Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for optimizing our web properties for search engine performance. As SEO evolves, more coordination with content teams, usability experts, social media professionals and IT resources is required; thus, the SEO Specialist must have knowledge of these areas as well. E-Commerce Marketing Manager

The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the online strategies and initiatives to drive customer acquisition and increase retention for multiple business units. The ideal candidate is one that has a strong B2C web analytics background, is an articulate, technically-minded individual with good business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills. He/she must have strong hands-on technical skills with at least 5 years of experience – preferably working with an Adobe Omniture analytics suite. This individual should have experience developing measurement and data driven strategies across all aspects of a direct to consumer e-commerce environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Research, recommend and implement new online marketing strategies and initiatives including retargeting/remarketing, affiliates, email and other forms of digital marketing.
  • Oversee all web analytics tools to ensure accurate implementation and appropriate level of exposure, adoption, and utilization for multiple business units.

Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate will play an important support role within the marketing team. He/she will have a key role in our social media efforts, as well as actively participate in development, execution and management of a variety of web site, affiliate and online/digital marketing initiatives across multiple business units. The person who lands in this role will be the guardian of our web site presence, ensuring that, at all times, the web sites are accurate, consistent with a variety of active offline and online/digital marketing initiatives, and provides the best possible user experience for our customers and prospective customers.

The position necessitates excellent organizational skills, strong proofing skills, general knowledge of top social media and shopping sites, and good verbal and written communication skills. Punctuality and good time management skills are also necessary to meet deadlines, and a high attention to detail is expected at all times.

 Responsibilities/Essential Functions: 

The candidate for this position will support 5 business units. He/she will possess strong organizational, planning and time management skills as well as an attention to detail to ensure success in the following key functions:

  • Serve as liaison with external social media agency for our largest brand, providing internal schedules and images, timely approvals on upcoming social media activity, and other information to support our social media efforts; and ensuring consistency with brand strategy and guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain schedule for monitoring and posting on our current social media sites for 2 additional business units, under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and social media agency. Work with appropriate personnel to source content/offers as necessary. Provide results reporting. Respond to customer messages and posts. Communicate with other groups (call center, merchandising) as appropriate to resolve issues.
  • Weekly and daily review of web sites and email promotions for broken links, missing pages, copy errors, pricing inaccuracies, inventory issues, and other inconsistencies that interfere with a positive online experience. Coordinate with appropriate personnel to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Coordinate with design on the development of images and graphics to support our affiliate, programmatic digital display and online advertising promotions, ensuring on time availability and accuracy of materials.
