Contact Center Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

Department: Contact Center
Location: Corporate Headquarters
Reports To: Contact Center Manager

The Inbound Sales and Customer Service Representative role is a great opportunity to leverage your sales and customer service skills to make an impact on our rapid growth and overall customer experience. The candidate will be responsible answering a combination of sales and customer service calls in a fast-paced Contact Center environment. 

Primary responsibilities: 

  •  Act as a primary point of contact for customers, while ensuring the customer receives a professional and prompt experience.  
  •  Maintain a conversational call flow during sales calls to enhance the customer experience. 
  •  Consistently upsell and cross-sell, based on the customer’s needs. 
  •  Ability to maintain a courteous and patient demeanor while answering incoming customer service calls.  
  •  Ability to navigate through multiple systems and use different tools to optimize accuracy and quality of service.  
  •  Demonstrates fun and energetic sales strategies to maximize all sales opportunities. 
  •  May perform other related duties as required. 

Experience needed: 

  •  Ability to type 30 words per minute and perform data entry accurately. 
  •  Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.  
  •  Excellent customer service skills.  
  •  Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to communicate effectively. 
  •  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail sufficient to respond to call volumes that require quick analytical and supportive responses.  
  •  Ability to retain information and utilize critical thinking skills.  
  •  Ability to balance multiple work assignments and adapt to a changing work environment.
