“Judging from the other reiviews I must have gotten a bad batch. Flavor is very good on all types, but out of the 20 in the bundle, 7 had an extremely hard draw and I just about collapsed a lung trying to smoke them. I made robustos out of two, but could smoke neither half. They are a good-looking cigar, but I expect more than 13 of 20. Even so, they were so flavorful that I may take a chance on another bundle.”

“I have enjoyed every variety at various times of the day. Construction is excellent with a really nice draw without being mushy in the hand. It is just a really nice smoke. At this price point, they are inexpensive enough to be a daily smoke, but one you'd proudly give a friend.”

“These cigars are awesome! Like other reviews say, I'd be hard pressed to say which is the pick of the bunch. Though I might lean a bit toward the Nativo's and the Criollo's. They both have a flavor I really enjoy. Excellent quallity on these cigars. I didn't find a bad one in the bunch! Great draw! Excellent burn! Gotta try em!”

“These were an amazing smoke for the price, until they changed the consistency of the filler. I don't remember if they were actually long filler but now it is chopped so fine that you spend the whole time picking tiny tobacco chips out of your teeth. It is like smoking a Swisher. Using a punch instead of a cutter helps a bit.”

“This is a wonderful sampler as all of these cigars are great. The Maduro is the only one that didn't burn properly but with a little nursing I was able to smoke it to the nub. The Nativo and the Epicur stand out as the two best of the five but all of them are a worthy addition to any humidor!”

“Love Reyes cigars! these are great, however some of them are cut filler and the resulting pieces are not so great. Tastes are great across! the board in this sampler”

“I can't decide which one I like the best. You have to try these awesome cigars! I can't believe the deal CI is offering on these great smokes. They taste exactly as they're described. Their draw is excellent. They burn slowly and evenly all the way through and they don't leave a bad aftertaste. In fact, I enjoy the flavor they leave behind. I love to sit back and enjoy one of these as I cherish the best moments of the day. I'm coming back for more. Don't miss out on these delicious smokes.”

“This cigar is pretty much on target by reading the descriptions of each one in the CI magazine or on the web. I got a good deal on these on Make me an offer, and don't regret by purchase. All of them are good smokes, but I like the Epicur better than the others. I can't seem myself purchasing a box of ones all the same, but would suggest purchasing the sampler pack.”

“I have tried one of each in this sampler and to my tastes these cigars represent a very solid value in good handmade cigars. My tasting palate is not as developed as I would like it to be but that means that the flavors I taste have to definitely be present for me to pick up on them. With that said, these cigars all have the flavors there that I wanted them to have. The Epicur is a solid anytime smoke with a light nutty, toasty tobacco flavor and aroma. The nativo and criollo have more variety in the spice and sweetness and finish off with more complexity, especially with a nice coffee on the side. I favor maduros in general and these are no disappointment with definite notes of cocoa and earthy flavors. Each cigar has excellent burn, draw and predictably good construction as well. Flavor is no good without good construction and vice versa. I hope this group is available for a long time because I could see myself buying them often.”

“I love this sampler! My favorite is the maduro, but they were all good. Mine were a little dry when I recieved them in the mail, probably because I chose the slow shipping, but they came back in no time. They are smooth with no bite and chocked full of flavor. I prefer these over much more expensive brands and will be buying again.”

“I have smoked each of the 5 varieties in this great sampler pack over the last week and was blown away by the creamy and smooth flavor in all of them. No kidding...not one disappointed. I don't know how you can get such great flavor from a $2 stick...but these are way better than several higher priced premiums I have smoked. I will definitely keep a supply of these on hand as long as they are available. Thanks CI...Well Done!”

“Very nice to look at and taste good too. The grand cru and carillo are the best! all the cigars taste good. I just like the first the best.”
