Good little cigar and a good deal to boot. Strong tasty cigars for when you only have a few minutes but don't want to go to a lower quality smoke. They have replaced backwoods for me.
Short and sweet. Well, not actually sweet but a darn fine short smoke. Very tasty for such a small cigar.
I got the Connecticut in the white tin with my order as part of a promotion and I have to say I love them. Wasn't sure what I'd do with these tiny guys but I have to say I am impressed. Last much longer than expected and taste great. Perfect companion to a cup of coffee since they last about 5 mins, and great to give to a buddy who may be curious but doesn't want to commit to a bigger cigarillo or cigar and at this price it beats the hell out of a Swisher.
I smoked these at the Perdomo factory in Esteli Nicaragua while watching them being made. They are machine made, but made from 100% tobacco, not any homogenized paper the others use. Good little 10 minute smoke, and it tastes like a cigar, what more can you ask for.
These little things are pretty harsh. Not as smooth as a regular cigarette or cigar but, smoother/tastier than a swisher. If you regularly smoke swisher and you want an upgrade of flavor; this is a good choice.
Maduros are a quick little kick, tasty little sticks!
Surprisingly long smoke. Wasn't really expecting much, were freebies I got with my last order. Are definitely harsh smoking little guys and not short on flavor. The strength kind of makes it a little overbearing. If you have a quick few minutes to squeeze in a smoke they'll do the trick, but take it slow or you're going to burn out your tongue and leave you bitter.
Great little smoke, smooth and easy. I'll definitely be using these on my work breaks!
I recently added cigarillos to my cigar smoking experience. Starting with LPH black and tan, then Hoyo de Monterey(JG) and Punch Excalibur's all three were very nice smokes with a little bite. This last order was Perdomo mini maduro and man a little smoke with big boy flavor and smoothness, very nicely made. If Perdomo turned the mini into a maxi it would make a great cigar.
I've tried all 3, and they are indeed a nice little smoke. The Nicaraguan had the best flavor in my opinion, but suffered from a weak draw. The sun grown are tasty, as are the Connecticut. My only issue with these little guys was the occasional build quality flaw. Pretty easily overlooked, but the Dutch made Punch cigarillo offers a similar taste profile with a much more consistent build quality and draw. Overall, yes, recommended, but I prefer the Punch.
These were really nice daily smokes. Just sweet and delicious.
Great little cigarillos great flavor great draw I will buy again.
