The Padron 1926 Series 80th Anniversary Natural is closest yet to the coveted Cuban Cigar.
This 80th Anniversary is slightly better than its predecessor the 40th Anniversary. Meaning they both passed a test I noticed when I had a real good Cuban Cigar. Start the test by cutting the top of the cigar on an angle as has been suggested by others from the past. Next, breathe through the cigar. If you can breathe as easily through that cigar as you do normally taking a breath of air, or at least very close to it; then, you have an excellent cigar to smoke. These 2 types of Padron cigars are 95-99% wrapped so tightly that they do not unravel as you savor your smoke. In retrospect, as of today the 80th Anniversary Natural is my favorite cigar even though it costs $31.50 per stick. An extremely close second is the 40th Anniversary which costs $26.50 per stick.

This is the best
Awesome blend this cigar is intense with the very first puff, retro hale is spicy then finishes with a long chocolate finish so many flavors at once. You have to try this cigar.

Was worth the money
Amazing spicy taste with an even draw. The Maduro packs a very pleasant punch.

Worth the MONEY
One of the most amazing smokes I've ever had. The spicey taste you get mid cigar makes this worth being a once in a while special smoke.

Customer Testimonials
I bought one of these (Maduro) at a local shop on a whim and I WAS NOT disappointed at all. Maybe the smoothest draw I have ever had. I smoke fairly quick, but made myself go slow, and savored the flavor. Very full flavor, beautifully put together, I even caught myself looking at the lingering smoke a few times. Worth the price!
One of the best in the world. A true and rare pleasure.
I got one of these for a birthday gift last year. Since I had to wait a couple weeks to smoke it (can't use your b-day gift before the actual day!), I got to stare and smell it for a while...even THAT was extremely intoxicating. Then the big day...It was better than I could've imagined. At that point, I was only smoking cigars for about 8 months, but I can tell a superior smoke when I have one. Incredibly complex, incredibly full and INCREDIBLY tasty. Definitely NOT a cheap stick but absolutely perfect for special occasions or if you want to treat yourself to something NICE. I might even try to save up for the small box...
