Cutting remarks
The Moretti Guillotine Cutter works quite well at making nice clean cuts. The only drawback is I have very large hands and my fingers do not go thru the designated holes. I realize that is only a problem if you have xxxlarge hands. Otherwise I recommend this cutter.

Great Cutter
The cutter is razor sharp and performs well across the board. 4/5 stars because there is not locking mechanism. The blade can freely become open. So careful if you keep it in your pocket.
Customer Testimonials
Got this cutter as part of a bundle. It is not good. Blades were dull and the screws are falling out. Pick a different cutter if you have a choice
This cutter arrived with everything in tact, and after just a few uses it became really loose. The blades are still fairly sharp but that's probably because I hardly use it. I would not recommend this product unless you like to do some maintenance on your cigar cutters.
Can't beat it for the price. Works the way it's supposed to and it is nice looking for a cigar cutter under $13.
I recently purchased this cutter (Moretti Guillotine Cutter) and as the reviews stated, many of the screws were loose. I did not have any missing, but before using the cutter, I removed all the screws and applied some thread locker to all of the screws. They are now holding tight and the cutter looks and works great now.
My Moretti came with a fathers day deal and arrived with several screws missing, I love the cutter so I am just going to replace all the screws with brass pin rivets. Even with the missing screws this is still a great cutter, Thx CI!!!
Screws, screws, screws......everywhere a screw. good cutter, however I feel screwed.
I have been using the Moretti guillotine cutter for about a year. I like the appearance, it cuts well and is comfortable to use. The only problem is the screws loosen and fall out, the first time three screws fell out but I was able to find two of them. I tightened all the screws that were all loose. The other day I noticed three screws fell out again but I couldn't find any of them, I can't find screws to replace them. I would suggest taking the screws out and putting a little lock-tight or super glue on the screws before replacing them.
