Punch Bareknuckle is a very fitting name for this beast and I mean that in the most affectionate way possible. I enjoyed this cigar quite a bit. Tight construction, even burn, smooth draw. Strong earthy, woodsy flavors that you look for in a full bodied cigar. Flavor profiles are Top soil, Cedar, Leather, slight hint of clove and and almost rye-like note. The finish is slightly sweet.
This cigar fought to my top list very quickly. I had the torro. At a glance the cigar had a great color to it. Dark and oily with minimal veins and tooth. The smell was excellent, a great combination of sweet cedar, earthy notes, pepper, and vanilla. Unlike many cigars out there, this cigar offers great taste right from the beginning and is consistent all the way through. I recommend this cigar to anyone who wants a full bodied and full flavored cigar with a great depth. I will be trying the pita size in couple of days.
This was a great stick! It packed a punch (no pun intended) and was extremely well made. If you want a strong cigar, give it a shot. Highly recommended!
One of my new favorites! I enjoyed this cigar as much as my usual go to smokes.
Very nice cigar. Full body, good flavor notes with good draw and burn that you can count on from Punch.
This was a decent little (I use the term loosely) especially for the price. All of them in the pack burned nice and even, it was a good long smoke (about an hour), the flavor started out smooth and mild but about a quarter in started becoming stronger and by the time I was done it definitely earned its "Full Flavor" tag but at the same time wasn't overly harsh like similarly strong cigars can be. Shared it with some friends who aren't regular cigar smokers and they quickly became interested in more.
I've had some Punch cigars that were okay, and I'd smoke them again if a friend offered one. The Bareknuckle is whole different beast! And I will be ordering more!
These could easily become my everyday jam. Cheers!
This is a good cigar. Plenty of strength and taste. Nice burn also.
Simply outstanding! From the time it was taken out of the plastic to roasting the end this stick was great. Nice oily wrapper, very distinct pleasing scent, flavor from the start to the end. Definitely one of my favorites, actually told a friend he HAD to smoke one it was that good.
Been wanting to try this one for over two blue moons, since their debut. My wife grabbed one (by mistake) out of the humidor and wouldn't put it down until I pried it from her grip (and if it's crap, she won't touch it)... a great cigar. I'll have to put this one on wish list for christmas for sure!
Great cigar by Punch. This and the Signature are the best I have had by Punch.
I got home from work and this sampler was just delivered, so I opened it up and had a stick. Nice, smooth smoke with a peppery after taste that was awesome. I will buy this bad boy again and again.
In one word, OUTSTANDING!!! If you like full body cigars, but smooth in draw, this is your cigar. For those who are lovers of the Diesel or Edge, you will like these. Even though they remind me of the two brands I mentioned, the Punch Bareknuckle is different enough for me to add them to my rotation. I've never had a burn problem, nor one with a bad draw. While not being a lover of cigars with a strong black pepper flavor, this has just enough hint which makes it enjoyable. My suggestion would be to try a 5 pack and see for yourself just as I did.
Very good, smooth and consistent flavors. Towards the end it gets mellow, this is a cigar you can smoke down to your fingers with zero harshness.
It's the best Jerry....The best!!!
