McClelland Personal Reserve Dark Star is years in the making, and after one puff you'll see why. Many moons before tinning, the blend starts with a vibrant and sweet medley of Virginia and Carolina tobaccos. These young tobaccos are then triple-aged, pressed and stoved, allowing the blend to fully mature and marry. Finally, its cut into a robust broken flake that unleashes a spicy aroma along with dense notes of wood and sweetness. Dark Star is another well-deserved notch in McClelland's belt.
