A: The humidor comes with everything you need, except for distilled water. It is important to use distilled water in the humidification element to ensure the freshness of your cigars. Tap water is not recommended and can damage the humidifier, as it contains impurities. However, the easiest solution is to use HUMI-CARE Cigar Juice, which contains the perfect mixture of propelyne glycol and distilled water to maintain the optimum level of humidity for your cigars. It's much more efficient than distilled water, and will result in fewer refills over the life of your humidor.
