A: Try re-seasoning your humidor. In the winter months, in the northeast your heating system really loves to suck the moisture out of the air. My guess is your Oasis cannot keep up. A: To operate on battery power, you will need to purchase a battery pack. This is due to a design change from the manufacturer. At this time we do not carry this item, but we are working on making them available in the near future.
