A: If it's a torpedo, well, this cutter doesn't do topedoes. If not, you don't need to cut that much off. The cutter is designed to make sure you don't cut off too much causing the cigars to unravel. Best advice, if you want the freedom to cut as little or as much as you want, then this isn't the cutter for you.
