“5 Stars. Consistent, well-made cigars. These are sold at the PX and I've smoked literally hundreds of Quorum cigars. If you want to keep $ in your wallet yet be pleased with your cigar, you can't go wrong with these. Cigars International has the best prices around, the best shipping around, but they need to rework their spelling of "Quorum". :)”
“Bought the Corona size and tried one right out of the box. Nice draw, a little loose on the packaging, quite a lot of favor, great value! Thx CI.
“I picked up 5 of these sticks when I was on vacation and had forgotten the cigars that I had laid out to bring with me. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on cigars that I had not read about or tried. I bought them because they were only $2.75/stick. I was very surprised and pleased with the quality and most of all the mildness and taste of these cigars. I think I have definitely found my new everyday smokes. Very nice for the newbie or the seasoned smoker that likes mild to medium and wants all the flavor that the more expensive cigars gives you. Try them.... I think you'll agree.”
“Good smoke for the Price!
A bit loose wrap, but smoke very even.
Great every day cigar.”
“2003 I started smoking cigars, started with machine mades then grew up. Bought my first Quorum at a cigar store, mainly for price. Ten years later still smoking Quorums, have 6 humidors, one is just for Quorums. Enjoy most cigars, CAO, 5Vegas, Rocky, Cohiba, but still like the flavor and consistency of Quorums. Little side note, was walking down Fremont Street in Vegas one night smoking a Quorum, had somebody tap me on the shoulder. He wanted to know what cigar it was because it smelled so good. Told him, gave him the band so he knows and sent him to the cigar store I know that carries them. If that doesn't tell how good a Qurum is nothing will.”
“First off I have to say I paired this stick like any every day cigar with a domestic draft beer hanging with the guys in the bar scene. Not exactly my first choice of beer or my first choice in a cigar. But I did look at this cigar as something you could light up when out partying and having a good time with friends.
The Quorum of choice was a cigar that falls in a great price range of the everyday smoker and constructed with a Nicaraguan binder and filler wrapped in an Ecuadorian sun grown wrapper, the Quorum 4.
The pre-light taste and smell of this stick was impressive with a cool gold and purple band displaying the Quorum Logo with a great leathery smell with a hint of spice on the lips.
I clipped the cap with a standard guillotine cutter and did the initial light. This cigar came out of the “shoot” burning and drawing like a champ with hints of a spicy woody flavor and great smoke.
The first third of this cigar had a mild to medium body flavor holding onto that spicy leathery taste while continuing to burn even and razor sharp. Before moving into the second third hints of nutty and sweet flavors were beginning to come out. Ash held very well throughout averaging about 1-1/2” before falling.
Before finishing the second third the taste started transitioning to more of a woody to leathery note but the draw and smoke were holding strong.
The last third continued with that woody taste losing any hint of sweetness that was around at one point in the final part of the first third.
I was able to finish this cigar without any need of a touch up light before I let it die out with about an inch and a half left giving me a little more than an hour of enjoyable smoke.
Overall I believe this is a great cigar for everyday or one that you could count on during a party night that will have a consistent burn, not move from good to really bad toward the end and; if you’re Buds want to smoke one of yours it won’t break the bank...."Enjoy the Smoke"

“....Tried my very first non-Cubans, Quorum Corona being one of them. Great value indeed as mentioned by other reviewers. To me it is a very generous cigar in every aspect. Smooth, tasty and satisfying with mild and mellow character. Notes of leather throughout and getting just a bit spicy and notes of coffee towards the end. Thanks, again, to CI’s staff for their great care. HG of Tehran, Iran to be exact!”
“Have smoked Quorum for a while now. Generally good. I like corona better that robusto or larger....”
“I was pleasantly surprised by these cigars. Most of the cigars I've been buying from my local shop have been in the $8-$15 range per stick (Casa Fernandez, Pardron 1964, Montecristo Epic), but I picked up a couple of these when I was looking for a cheap smoke to carry around in my pocket.
I wasn't expecting much, but the burn was reasonably even, the flavor was good, although not amazing, and there was a fairly huge volume of dense smoke for a cheap-o corona size. All together, they're a very decent walkin-around cigar. I had no idea until a few minutes ago that CI carried them, and at about 1/4 the price per stick of the local tobacco shop. As soon as I get my new humi set up I'll be buying a bundle or two of these to keep for my pocket case and for when the guys come over.”
“Back in May of 2009 I wrote to implore CI to take on this brand and I am pleased to see that they took me up on it. Quorum cigars won't win any fancy pageant but they will give you a good cigar at a great price. Well made by the folks at JC Newman and one of the best bundles out there still today.”
“I thought the smoke was dry, the wrapper did fail, but the binder seemed to hold. over all, I think there is a better cigar out there for the price, this wouldn't be my first choice for a few dollars, however it is difficult to beat the price...”
“Great value and a very nice finish!”
“My wife and I were in Barbados about 6 weeks ago. I bought Royal Barbados ($10 a stick) and then, at another venue, my wife bought me some expensive cigars; as appreciation, the clerk tossed in a Quorum Robusto. Tonight, I finally got around to smoking it. It was a very consistent smoke from beginning to end. It dropped ash twice, and it had an inch plus ash on it when I finished it--about an inch and a quarter from the end. The burn was even, and I never had to do touch up lights. It is flavorful. I do not have a discerning palate, but the woodsy smoke was unmistakable and lasted throughout the smoke. I tasted spice, rather a white pepper sort of finish.
The draw was good throughout and produced a decent volume of smoke. I smoke Alec Bradley American Classic Torpedo ($5 per stick). At that price, I can't smoke many. I can get 4 Quorum for 1 Alec Bradley. The Quorum is not as good a smoke, of course. There was a hint of harshness at times which is never there with AB. But for the price?! Where has this cigar been all of my life? For the money, this is a GREAT cigar. Try it; you'll like it.”
“Negative 5 stars. These cigars are poorly rolled and fall apart as they are smoked. What was left on the floor ended up in these. I guess you get what you pay for.”
“This is a fantastic cigar for the money. The Corona is great for the ride home after a long day at work.”
“Nice mild smoke for the price.”
“Ran into these at a Duty Free in Canada and was pleasantly surprised. Smooth smoke for a couple of bucks, had to buy more to have on hand.”
“This is one of my favorite cigars. It's a shame that there name is not prevalent. I bought them thinking they'd just be a cheap cigar, but I had to give them a try. I was very impressed to say the least. I will continue to buy these over and over again. Definitely give them a try.”
“Not bad...not bad at all, in fact - pretty tasty.”
“Great cigar! Nice, easy draw and mild/med.... always fresh from CI.”
“Not overly impressed.”
“Quorum is by far one of the better every day cigar that is easy on the wallet. With Corona size some issues with the wrapper cracking towards the end with a few sticks here and there. Went with the Toro size and had not had that issue so far. I would say try these bad boys out and if you get an issue with some of the smaller sizes give the larger size a try and you will be in for a real good treat.”
“I love the mild flavor of the Quorum, and the Robusto is is just the right size for a short smoke break.”
“A tasty smoke.....”
