Question & Answer....

03/22/2013 How does this one stack up against the My Father blend? I love just about every cigar in the Pepin line, but My Father is the cream of the crop in my opinion.

A: In regards to quality, they're equivalent. In regards to flavor, it is a unique blend but still maintains that trademark earthy, peppery, almost Cuban-esque character Pepin is known for. Legado de Pepin uses a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper, which imparts a bolder, heartier nuance throughout the burn, catering more towards the full-bodied, full-flavored fan.

06/06/2013 Where does this one fit in the Pepin spectrum of pepper? On the smoother side, like the original Don Pepin Blue Label or on the more peppery side like a Black Label?

by VP of HOCKESSIN, DE
A: I'd say it's somewhere in the middle of the two. There isn't a ton of pepper, but just enough.
