“For the most part, this is a real tasty cigar. Some are noticeably blander than others I've tried, even bought out of the same dang box ! I've gotten a couple or three that are rather tough on the draw. I'm buying the large churchill size units, maybe I'll experiment with other sizes to see if consistency issues prevail there too ! ! !”
“My friend and I picked up a couple of these while walking around the strip in Las Vegas. We decided to enjoy these cigars inside of Casa Fuente at Caesars Palace. I really liked the subtle sweetness, it mixed well with the earthy/wood flavors. The price we paid was $7.99 each, which wasn't too bad for Vegas. I would buy these again, but this time only from Cigars International”
“A friend and I were recently in Las Vegas and we stopped by a local cigar store and picked up two BrickHouse toro's to smoke, then we ended up at Casa Fuente in Caesars Palace. We them lit up and enjoyed 1 hour and 15 minutes of a very nice cigar. I noticed some spice(pepper) up front during the draw, but it was smooth and had a slight sweetness to it on the exhale. It was money well spent. I would buy these again”
“One of the best values out there right now. I've enjoyed them before they came up on here. CI has them at a good price.”
“I don't normally do reviews. In fact, this would be my first. Like many I've been smoking for over a decade and like many more I have been buying from CI for many of them; but this is the first review i've ever been compelled enough to post just for scale. I paired this cigar in the corona larga size with the Ardbeg 10 on a musky drizzly night and it was outstanding as far as to claim my favorite cigar experience to date. I'm not a major fan of rating and accolades but a top 25 cigar and a 3 time champ of the scotch world combine for what proved to be an incredably satisfying experience for me. right from the get go the first draw was perfectly even, not too loose not too tough and just bursting with flavor of toasty spice. then the scotch which salted the spice and balanced it perfectly, the toasty-ness paired exceptionally with the peaty-ness of the Islay's nature. midway through I swear I felt so relaxed as the overall combination (which I feel would have been sufficient on it's own for those who don't drink) leveled out for most of the remainder of the 55 minutes as warm, woody, salted cashew base with a pleasantly damp ocean breeze carry through the long finish on the pallet. turn up some donavon frankenreiter, cas haley, jack johnson or the likes and visit where I've been. just great.”
“I tried these cigars and liked the smooth taste. They are not a quick cigar to smoke, but if you have the time sit down and enjoy them, they are worth it.”
“Very seldom do I shop at a Cigar Bar, but it's a nice change just stopping in a couple of times a year. CI is so low on it's prices that other places just can't keep pace. However, there are certain cigars offered in some of the shops, that you can't find on the CI web site. Yesterday I went by the local cigar bar, and purchased several cigars including a Brick House. Being very honest, I felt a bit of depression when I had to put this great smoke to an end. I'm not going to try and keep up with those who can come up with all of these flavors that hit your palate. The best thing I can tell you is that is a damn good cigar, more medium than full. There is a spice to the smoke that creates a wonderful flavor, and ends on a slight sweet note. I really didn't experience any black pepper, which if fine with me since I don't care for it. This is a huge statement, but the pleasure I found was in the same ball park as an AVO. It is well worth the money to try these out.”
“I think the Brick House is the best bang for your buck out there. Not complex at all but A real enjoyable smoke”
“easy draw...not too peppery...consistent throughout...burned even to the end. quality everyday smoke.”
