A gorgeous, extremely limited CAO.
CAO’s 65th Anniversary blend is a limited-edition handmade created to honor CAO founder Cano A. Ozgener. And boy oh boy, does it do the job in grand fashion. Beautifully crafted, the CAO 65th issues a complex flavor profile brimming with smooth, rich notes and a hint of natural sweetness. A Nicaraguan puro that’s been extensively aged, this primo smoke employs the finest tobaccos available and finest torcedors in the factory. With this blend, price was not an issue during manufacturing and no expense was spared in capturing what was intended to be CAO’s ultimate blend. It’s the veritable ‘perfect storm’ - quality tobaccos, extensive fermentation, masterful blending, top rollers, exquisite packaging, the whole 9 yards. In short, the CAO 65th is an exquisite cigar.
Packed in individual, gold, square tubos, the 65th is limited to a production run of just 6,000 total boxes. These cigars are no longer made and those that do remain boast extensive box-aging on the order of 3+ years.
