an attractive wrapper and solid construction,a little snug on the draw and easy to light the first half inch was great with a ton of flavor then quickly settled down to uneventful.i hate it when a cigar stars out promising and changes to boring. the casino gold from this group was better and remained interesting to the nub.
I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW GOOD THIS CIGAR IS WHEN I TRY IT TOTAL AWESOME ,I THINK ,AND I'LL TEL YA I SMOKED A LOT OF
CIGARS IN MY TIME ..TRY IT THERE GOOD
Received a Kismet as part of the Cigar of the Month offerings. Very smooth, pleasant and not over-powering. Mild to medium would be my judgement on this stick. Great aroma. Definitely will try again with coffee.
AND NOW FOR SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT: Just received a free trial Karma with my order of LGC Serie R Black. Thanks. It's a nice little cigar. It didn't knock my socks off, but I'd just finished putting my socks on, so that's just as well. I could see this being a great change of pace when I'm not really up for the macho grande cigars I usually favor. Beautiful look and feel before lighting, perfect burn, medium body with a sweet finish. I'm thinking the smaller sizes might be better suited to this blend; I'm not sure a gordo would stay interesting, but the Karma was just about right. Definitely worth a try.
Got a single from a sampler and liked it, so bought the 5-pack sampler, which cost dust (I like to work up to these things). Just finished my third Kismet and may have to work these puppies into my daily rotation of 3-5 cigars. I think CI's description is spot on, including the complexity of the flavors. Though medium-bodied, it delivers big-time on flavor. Construction of all three was flawless-- great draw and burn, no touch-ups required, long-lasting, good flavor down to the nub (just burned my fingers!). Highly recommend, even to my fellow Nicaraguan aficionados.
