Peter Stokkebye Black Currant Cavendish Pipe Tobacco is a mellow blend of Golden Virginias and Danish Black Cavendish. But what's really special is the intriguing flavor combination added to these leaves - black currant and green apple. It's different, but it's very enjoyable. Expect a fruity smoke that's sweet n' tart, rich and smooth, and unlike anything else.
“Very tasty blend. Black Currant lends just enough sweetness, but not overpowering.”

“This sounded like an interesting change of pace. It does have a pleasant aroma, but is not one of my favorites. It has a little more bite than I like, but does taste to me a little spicy like all spice. I mixed the last ounce with about an ounce of Lane 1Q and that turned out well. Overall, not bad, but not for me. It does burn well in my cob and goes to fine ash all the way down and not bitter at the end. I guess I'm just not crazy about Currants.”
