Located in the Dominican Republic, the Tabadom factory is home to some of the finest and most prestigious cigars in the world. Among these blue chip brands are the pricey Davidoff, AVO and The Griffin's cigars. Meticulously crafted, these top-notch beauties are made under the watchful eye of Hendrik Kelner using ultra-fine tobaccos, patient aging processes and quality control procedures that are second-to-none.
So, why is Private Stock a gem? It utilizes a medium-filler blend of the same tobaccos used to create the finest cigar Tabadom has to offer, inside a gorgeous, dark natural wrapper. Same tobaccos, same undeniable quality and care, same deliciously complex, medium-bodied smoking experience, all for a significantly lower price.
“For $2 a stick, you can't go wrong (Private Stock MF by Davidoff). I have sampled just about every other "non-brand name" robusto in this price category and finally have settled that the PS mix here is the best out of them. They definately live up to the lovely Dominican puro sensation on the pallet. They are like a mix between a regular Fuente & an AVO- both are which two of my favorite brands. If you are looking for that balanced, no more than $2 a stick, everyday stoogie, then these are your best bet; you won't be disappointed.”

“If you love AVOs, you will LOVE these (Private Stock MF by Davidoff)! Smooth, quality smokes! Don't forget to checkout 5-Vegas, and CI Knockoff Macanudos!”

“These cigars (Private Stock MF by Davidoff) remind me alot of the Original Cubans but with a little more class - a little more depth.
Very tasty, and as a matter of fact I recently smoked one about halfway down into the band without realizing. Even the paper band couldn't ruin the flavor.”

“Corona: Easy to light. Good construction with very good draw and burn. Easy draw and heavy smoke output. Medium mouth feel on palate that dissipates quickly. Mild to medium strength and medium flavors. Citrus flavors on cold draw with bittersweet taste on lips. Once lit, additional flavors of caramel, cream soda and vanilla join in with only a faint hint of pepper tingle on the short finish. Cigar remains consistent throughout with a slight increase of flavors in the second half.”
