La Reloba is the newest addition to the arsenal of Don Pepin Garcia and My Father Cigars. Handmade in Esteli, Nicaragua with a dark brown Nicaraguan Habano wrapper and an aged blend of Nicaraguan tobaccos, La Reloba offers a smooth, medium-bodied profile. Notes of earth, pepper, and spices round out this well-made cigar.
“Can't beat the quality/price on this stick. Just smoked a robusto and I could not put it down.Rarely do I smoke very far past the band but la reloba habano robusto was the exception tonight. Just a solid medium bodied and full flavored smoke at a song of a price.Do yourself a favor and pick up a 5 pack.”

“In terms of complexity, this is what every cigar maker should strive to be. Pepin Garcia has packed a buffet of flavors into this stick. Buy a box of these as soon as you can. It's one of the best cigars I've had this year.”

“First let me say this guy spent no time in my humi! Having said that, this came out of the My Father and Friends samp. Overall look was good except for an ordinary large vein running the entire length(easy). The light was easy and the burn throughout was very good. Draw was good. My problem started at the beginning which started way too spicy/harsh but after the first 1/2 inch settled down quite nicely. About half way through this robusto I started getting that, for a lack of a better term, "chemically" taste that tells me I am done. Again, not sure if it matters but this spent no time in my humi. I realize this isn't a 90 rated stick but expected a little more.”

“Wow... being a newbie, I really love the flavor and the nice draw these provide. Reasonable aroma with a aftertaste that is minimal and a great price for the value...I'll be buying more of these as I explore my cigar preferences..

“Out of the My Father and Friends Sampler pack, this LA Reloba Habano spent only a couple of weeks in the humidor. First, you gotta get that sampler. Now to the Reloba. Spicy sweet nice burn, great aroma. I do prefer this to the Sumatra, a lighter smoke to Reloba. The Reloba is medium in flavor, hints of spice and nut and oh so sweet. I back here to get a 5pack (let's see how long they will last!)”
“Just started smoking cigars a couple of months ago and bought all 3 La Reloba cigars (habano, sumatra, mexico) and was totally blown away at the quality of theses cigars! My favorite is the habano. Crazy Good from start to finish. Burns slow and even, great pull, thick sweet billows of smoke. Each time I smoke one, I usually burn my lips or my fingers because I smoke every inch. Crap, it hurts, but well worth it!! I'd love to see a La Reloba Sampler soon. Just sayin'! Worth the burn!!! (literally)”

“I am a fan of the Corona size in this line of excellent cigars from My Father. I tried all of them, then one day found two boxes of the La Reloba Oscura Coronas for less than the price of one box of the 92 rated Habano or the 91 rated Sumatra. They absolutely rock, the best blend in the line. 93/100. But the Habano is terrific too. Both blends have an underlying fresh baked bread component that is phenomenal. Habano has an earthy, woodsy undertone that compliments the medium/full bodied array of spices & white pepper. Construction is solid, the ash is firm & white & the effortless draw allows even a 46 ring guage stick to emit volumes of thick white smoke. Serious full bodied freaks should look for a deal on these or any of the cigars in this line.”

“I got no pepper from this one, but tons of coffee and cream flavors so far and not complaining, but my habano la reloba was not what CI described. I like them and was hoping they wouldn't be so out of stock right now, but alas that happens with too many good ones, they don't last.”
