Utilizing a dark, oily Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, a rich Connecticut Broadleaf binder, and a well-aged blend of robust Dominican and Nicaraguan long-fillers, La Gloria Cubana Artesanos de Obelisco delivers a bold, full-bodied flavor. But the real beauty lies in its special shape - an unusual pyramid-style vitola that's modeled to resemble a famous Dominican monument. And when this blend is crafted in this shape, the results are nothing but impressive. Complex, to the say the least, with notes of earth, cedar, pepper, cream, and coffee, the Obelisco is truly impressive.
Further adding to the goodness, La Gloria Cubana Artesanos de Obelisco comes gorgeously presented in a very unique half circle-shaped box.

“The La Gloria Cubana Obelisco! Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm! What a tasty stick. At 5x57 it burned cool for a hour and I really enjoyed the ride. It started out leathery with hints of coco and wood. As it progressed the flavors became even richer. Coffee came into play with each flavor alternating the lead. As the stick narrowed the body ramped up to medium to full. Burning cool to the nub. Talk about cool..the box. Nice touch. Ladies and gentleman we have a winner here.”

“Amazing smoke, great flavors, and better price. It's every bit as good as a padron any Maduro.”

“A smaller cigar that is big on flavor. The same full body taste of the R series with a refined smoothness. The finish is salty sweet right down to the end. The only downfall is that it needs an extra inch or so because the enjoyment ended too soon. An excellent uniqued shaped La Gloria.”
