You know that sound, the sound of true American blues from deep in the Delta. Well those old time blues musicians, who were the forefathers of rock and roll, like Mississippi John Hurt, Blind Willie Johnson, and Charlie Patton all began playing on homemade cigar box guitars. Today’s instruments are definitely better made and a lot more expensive, but they lack that sound, the gritty, down and dirty blues sound that can only come from a cigar box guitar. This cigar box kit comes with all you’ll need to make your own 3 string slide blues machine, and can be completed in about an hour. The only tools required to get you set up and playing are a screwdriver and hammer, and the kit comes with complete, easy to follow directions.
