Reports to: Management Team members

We have an immediate need for or an outgoing, friendly, highly motivated individuals who can take control of their career and go beyond today's standards to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. In addition to our Historic Downtown Bethlehem Factory Outlet location, we expanded to a 2nd Lehigh Valley location, a 5,000 square foot superstore in Bethlehem Township (PA).

Full and part time opportunities for Experienced and Entry level associates are available at both locations. Retail experience preferred but not required. Job Title: Staff Accountant
Reports to: Controller

Assists in various accounting and analytical duties and helps maintain all accounting functions, procedures and controls.

Primary Duties:
  • Handle and/or correct day to day accounting issues
  • Prepare monthly journal entries
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements
  • Prepare and maintain monthly account reconciliations and account analysis
  • Maintenance of the general ledger
  • Provide detailed spreadsheet analysis
  • Help maintain relationships with banks, insurance companies, outside accounting firms and others
  • Assist with year-end audit
  • Assist with budget process
  • Limited payroll and benefits analysis
  • Daily cash management function
  • Assist with various A/R and credit card processing
  • Assist with A/R collection and credit card disputes
  • Assist with Inventory Control procedures


Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 0-2 years of general or public accounting experience
  • Fluent PC skills
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks and Excel

Job Title: Contact Center Inside Sales/Customer Service Representatives
Reports to: Call Center Supervisor

Primary responsibilities:
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for customer orders, ensuring a timely and professional response to incoming customer calls/orders
  • Answers incoming customer calls in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Communicates effectively with customers to ensure accuracy and quality of customer account information and customer order data.
  • Demonstrates the ability to effectively maneuver through appropriate system screens, utilize available department tools/information, requesting assistance as needed.
  • With supervision and coaching, learn how to develop and ask open-ended questions and use effective listening skills to obtain information from the customer.
  • Demonstrates cross-selling and up-selling skills, maximizing all sales opportunities.
  • Effectively utilizes feedback from call monitoring to continuously improve performance in providing one to one service to the individual customer.
  • Responsibilities/requirements subject to change based on business needs.
  • May perform other related duties as required


Experience needed:
  • Ability to type 30 words per minute and perform data entry accurately.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail sufficient to respond to call volumes that require quick analytical and supportive responses.

Job Title: Web Developer
Reports to: IT Manager

Candidate will be required to, either alone or as part of a team, design, build, modify and manage multiple transactional e-commerce web sites and intranet applications. Responsibilities and requirements include but are not limited to:

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Application development
  • New content / functionalities for improved performance and customer interaction
  • Site maintenance and monitoring
  • Provide on-going technical support for multiple e-commerce sites
  • Provide detailed documentation resulting from the work performed
Requirements:
  • Understand core technologies, tools, infrastructure methodology, and development techniques
  • Knowledge and understanding of Relational databases, experience with SQL Server 2000
  • Expert in SQL syntax and usage, knowledge of SQL Server stored procedures
  • Solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills
  • Solid understanding of ASP, ASP.NET, CSS, HTML, XML, Java Script, experience with ActionScript and/or Flex Builder is a plus
  • Familiarity with cross browser compatibility issues
  • Analytical problem solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work in a team/cross functional environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Careful attention to detail and being well organized are a must.

Warehouse Operations Roles
Receiver
Objective: To count inbound inventory accurately yet quickly so that merchandise can be delivered into inventory within 24 hours of receipt. Must possess basic math skill, be able to lift 50 pounds on a continual basis and operate basic warehouse equipment.

Replenishment
Objective: To put away new inventory into proper bin locations and overstock within 24 hours of counting. To pull down overstock and replenish bins so products can be available for the next work day. Must be able to operate stand-up lift, and lift 50 pounds on a continuous basis.

Sampler Maker/Assembler
Objective: To create samplers in an accurate and timely manner as designated by management. Samplers must be accurately assembled in a neat manner and presentable for sale and delivery to our customers. Individuals must be very detailed oriented.

Order Layout
Objective: To sort picked product and match it to the customer invoice efficiently and accurately. Order layout drives the tempo on the packing floor, so it is important that the employee has strong product recognition and pays close attention to detail.

Packer
Objective: To pack individual customer orders efficiently in a manner that ensures no damage to the product inside the package as well as an above average package presentation upon delivery to our customers. Presentation is very important; it is our customers’ first impression of Cigars International.

Scanner
Objective: To scan and affix shipping label to each package and place each package on correct pallet or bin for shipment.
