Alec Bradley The Lineage

It’s all in the family.

A family man at heart, Alan Rubin’s next endeavor was inspired by two very important people. For those unfortunate souls who have yet to become acquainted with Alec Bradley and his vast portfolio, here’s a quick fact: Alec Bradley is not the name of the manufacturer. The line was founded in 1996 and was named after Alan’s two young sons,  Alec and Bradley. Eighteen years later, both lads have reached legal age in most states. To celebrate this momentous occasion, Alec Bradley Lineage was born.

Lineage is an extension to the Family Blend line, a collection of premium handmades that already boasts multiple 90+ ratings, and by the looks of it, this is sure to be another. A milk chocolaty Honduran wrapper leaf from the Trojes growing region covers finely aged Nicaraguan and Honduran long-fillers. Beautifully constructed, Lineage delivers notes of earth, cedar, and citrus, with a subtle spice appearing on the retrohale. This selection is a must-try, that’s for sure. Plus, at these affordable prices, it’s so easy to say yes!

Got a nice flavor that steps up its game a quarter of the way in and finishes with a nice smooth overall flavor till the end. I would buy them again. I enjoyed it with a glass of rye whiskey

Excellent smoke! Nice draw, smooth flavor. Better than some others I've had at three times the price!

Let's Hear it for the Boys
Like every Alec Bradley vitola, Family Blend 'The Lineage' is meticulously crafted, full of flavor due to the superior tobaccos utilized & can often be found at a price less than the MSRP, which allows folks like me to enjoy them. I got several in a freebie deal when I purchased several boxes of the delicious American Sun grown Coronas, which are one of my favorites. Well, 'The Lineage' is no slouch either. A medium bodied offering, like so many AB spleefs, it is complex, filled with pepper & spice & everything nice, as we have come to expect in any AB stogie. Interesting enough to satisfy even us fullheads, yet mild smokers should enjoy its smoothness too. Sure to get its own 90+ ratings, I find it to be most satisfactory & give it a 90/100.

I'm a big fan of Alex Bradley cigars. They deliver every time. The lineage is a great line for them. Very smooth for a medium-full bodied cigar. It isn't particularly spicy, which I like, but it still has plenty of flavor. Burns well and taste builds as you smoke it. I would recommend this cigar to anyone

one of the best.
wow, this is one of my top five ever. Smooth to the end, floral, medium in my opinion. Alec Bradley is my go to, except for their full bodied top end. I am not there yet, after all only 40 yrs at this now. Get the gordo, biggest you can, what a value.
