CAO ‘sports’ a whole new look
Sports are an American passion. Just flip on the TV any given week, and some poor SOB is getting his lights punched out because he was wearing the opposing team’s jersey. If that isn’t love for one’s team…I don’t know what is. That’s why this release from CAO makes perfect sense. One of the most beloved brands in the cigar industry joins forces with one of America’s largest markets: sports. And given that there are three different varieties on the table, I fully expect loyalties to be drawn quickly.
Player: A mild-medium creation boasting an Ecuador Connecticut wrapper, and filled with Honduran and Nicaraguan long-leaves. Smooth and creamy with underlying hints of wood.
Court: Graced with a Nicaraguan wrapper and binder, this handmade is chock full of choice Nicaraguan and Honduran long-fillers, making for a rewarding medium to full-bodied experience. Notes of leather, toast, cocoa, and underlying cedar.
Field: No doubt the strongest of the 3. A Nicaraguan binder secures long-fillers from Nicaragua, and is nestled beneath a pristine Ecuadorian Habano wrapper. Each puff flaunts notes of caramel, cocoa, and coffee, along with a rich, spicy core.
In typical CAO fashion, each blend is presented in eye-catching packaging resembling sneaker boxes. And as an added bonus, there’s a CAO hat included with every box purchase. Oh boy, a hat! Only 1,000 boxes of each blend are slated for release.
