Alec Bradley Coyol

Another stud is added to the Alec Bradley arsenal!

In Alec Bradley’s newest venture, he pays tribute to the rich soils that have produced the next hallmark in the Alec Bradley lineup. A classic, retro-feeling brand that’s bold and complex, Alec Bradley Coyol features a Honduran wrapper plus Nicaraguan and Honduran long-fillers with unique tobaccos from a farm named Coyol, giving this robust blend a one-of-a-kind taste. Known for the highest of quality control and its numerous 90-plus-rated hit-makers such as Prensado and Tempus, Coyol hails from the Raices Cubanas factory of Honduras.

The Coyol farm became the inspiration behind this blend after AB owner Alan Rubin fell in love with the aroma and taste of the tobaccos that this revered farm produces. This celebrated tobacco can be found in every aspect of the Coyol blend. Wrapper, binder, and filler all have Coyol farm tobaccos making an appearance. A bold, medium-bodied profile with notes of earth, leather, and spice flourish around the palate from first light. Subtly sweet notes of cherry and nutmeg are also present on the finish. Yet another masterpiece from Alec Bradley…par for the course these days.

Alec Bradley Coyol received a well-deserved 93-rating, noting: "Malty and rich flavors with a floral quality complimented by layers of cocoa, honey and cloves. The draw and burn are lush and flawless."

Always a good smoke!
It outperforms the price by a wide margin. It's a perfect second cigar and I always keep them stocked in my humidor. I enjoy these as much as the high end sticks at 1/4 of the cost

Very, very nice..
Enjoyed the AB Coyol a great deal. No more samplers, though....only boxes of this cigar going forward.

Fantastic Surprise
What a find. Beautiful pre and post light aromas. Burned evenly though the whole cigar. Two puffs in I knew I had a good one bought on a whim. The taste remained right down to the finish and I did not want to put this one down. Will definatly get these again.

Worth the money.
Had one Sunday for a cookout. It was so smooth even burn. Even the old lady liked the way it smelled. So you know that's a good cigar. Will be filling my humidor with these.

Good.
This little guy really leaves a great taste in-between puffs. Perfect amount of sweet notes, but still earthy. Not the most flavorful, but it's great on a cool summer night. Good draw, a few touch ups needed.

Outstanding Smoke
The Alec Bradley Coyol is an excellent cigar. Definitely a go too stick with a good run or cognac!

Great aroma, body, and flavors
I really enjoyed the body and flavors of this cigar. This is one of my favorite cigars. I just may buy a 100.

Alec Bradley Coyol Toro
I found it to be a flavorful smoke but with a rather harder draw than I like. I have tried 3 or 4 Alec Bradley cigars and found them all to be well above average in smoking enjoyment.

Delicious
Bought three 5 packs of the lancero, creamy with a nice cool ash, a couple rolled a bit tight but only a minor distraction from a smoke I'll be back for again.

What a suprise!!
Ordered a single just to try. It arrived perfectly aged with a slight plume. could not believe it. A medium smoke with mild taste.Lots of nut and mild earth. By no means was this a bold cigar. All the flavors were mild, yet complex. As an Alec Bradley fan to begin with, this topped my list to compete with the tempus and prensado ( which are both excellet choices). For sure very different from other sticks in the AB lineup. Paired perfect with a leopold bros. aqmerican whiskey. This cigar made my day.

Nice AB smoke!
I just stumbled across this little number in one of my humidors and, man, am I glad I did! This baby speaks class and style as soon as you place it between your fingers. The pre-light aroma is wonderful and the post-light taste? Sensational! I must've gotten it in a sampler as it's a bit above my budget, but hey -- I'm living high on the hog right now! Good times! (p.s. I'm enjoying a Sierra Nevada Five Hop Ale with it. Yum!)

Must try!
A perfect smoke for me! I love the rich creamy leather smoke. Hard pack, medium draw, medium body. Great cigar for just relaxing.

Pairs well with gin. As a guy who likes an ice cold martini it is often difficult to find a cigar to pair with the herbal, sweet gin taste. Generally I go with a Oliva series G or another cigar with the Cameroon wrapper but the slight sweet flavor in this cigar makes and excellent pairing with a Bombay Sapphire extra dry martini straight up with gorgonzola stuffed olives. The experience is sensual and thoroughly enjoyable. I have been taking advantage of the very warm weather here in the East to indulge on my deck after work and it is the perfect way to relax!

Underwelmed
Just seemed to be lacking in flavor. Very disappointed as I had many Alec Bradley's that I enjoyed immensely

I have been smoking the alec Bradley coyol for sometime now. I enjoy it and order all of the different sizes. Currently this is the only cigar I'm smoking. It continues to deliver on taste and overall goodness.
Customer Testimonials
OMG! About an inch into it I realized I was in the presence of greatness! This is a truly great cigar and I found myself paying more attention to the flavors of this fine smoke and neglecting my cocktail. Another masterpiece from AB.
Smoked the 6"x52 Toro. Excellent draw and burn. Great medium Habano flavor. Rated '91'.
A delicious cigar, indeed. The AB Coyol is a handsome cigar with great taste. It fits the description. Great cigar, indeed.
I came across a lancero at my B&M and after a 2 week rest in my humi, I just finished a delightful smoke. Ever find yourself looking admiringly at a stick after every puff? That's Coyol! It went well with a fresh brewed mug of Sumatra Dark Roast and I'm wishing I had more! Taste, burn, construction, draw and ash were simply A/B perfection!
Excellent, even burn. Sweet cedar with spice (no pepper) throughout the smoke. Full-bodied, but medium strength. Excellent cigar that can be enjoyed any time of the day.
