CAO Colombia

CAO spans the globe.

In CAO’s newest endeavor, another country has been added to their star-studded “world” cigar line. They dare to be different with the cutting-edge CAO Colombia. Using tobaccos rarely seen in premium cigars, finely aged Colombian tobaccos are woven throughout this unique gem. Cuban-seed tobaccos have been flourishing in Colombia since the 19th century,  hailing from a remote growing region on the mountainous Colombian coastline. More recently, for the past fifteen years, farmers have been meticulously cultivating and perfecting a newly coveted tobacco referred to as, “Ica Mazinga.” CAO Colombia employs this distinctive leaf and graces the palate with a marvelously mild to medium-bodied adventure. Boasting a natural wrapper and featuring unique nuances of toasted nuts, coffee, and a slightly sweet n’ salty finish, CAO Colombia delivers a delicious, premium experience that I’m betting you’re gonna love.

This is a very unique and flavorful smoke. I tried one as part of a sampler pack and have been hooked ever since. Truly a must have in any humidor.

I got a 5'er and now wishing I had bought a box! VERY nice, medium-bodied, nub-worthy smoke.

A must have in your humidor!
This is one of the most underrated cigars on the market. I keep reordering so my humidor is never without them. They're delicious. The unique Colombian tobacco ingredient makes this a one of a kind experience. This ranks in quality and flavor right alongside the Brazilia. This cigar is one of my favorites since day 1.

CAO Columbia Vallenato
Decent taste, consistent from start to finish. Wrapped too loosely and therefore burns fast, and sometimes hot. Not in the same league with CAO's Brazilia or Italia

cao aok
I received about 30 assorted cigars at my retirement party from fellow workers who didn't smoke, but they knew I did. aomong them were the cao columbia. I had not tried the columbia before and was pleasently surprised. they are mild and tasty and you can smoke them down to the nub without any harsh taste like some other cigars. they leave me wanting for more, which is my only complaint, I wish they came in a churchhill size.

Not for me. I thought it had a strange taste. Just was not one of my favorites. Everyone has their taste, this one is not for me.

Good smokes!
i enjoyed the smaller ring gauge Tintos more than the larger ring gauge.

CAO Again!
What can I say, I am such a big fan of CAO cigars. Always have a few of them in my humidor. When I found out about the new Columbia I just had to try them. Such a smooth mild cigar with a lot of taste. A typical fantastic smoke from CAO. After purchasing just a handful of these cigars, I bought a box. Great for every and any occasion and happy to have a more mild CAO in the rotation.
Customer Testimonials
I have ordered these beauties twice (Bogota, 6-60) and I will order them again. This is a outstanding cigar in all ways; in smoke, taste, ash... all the things that make a great cigar. If you haven't tried them yet do so as soon as possible you won't be disappointed.
Great tasting cigars, good draw. Had to relight a couple times. Other than that, great value. Would buy them again.
This is a great morning smoke to enjoy with a cup of coffee. Med body and lots of character. CAO did it right with this cigar.
One of the best cigars I've tried so far from Cigarfest 2015. Great burn, mild-med, but had a touch of sweetness I just couldn't put my finger on. Great with a Saturday morning cup of coffee. Will buy a box for sure.
What a great smoke. I got a 5-er of the Tinto and enjoyed the first two I smoked. I'm letting the other three nap for a minute. I recommend this to anyone who likes a medium smoke.
I smoked my first one yesterday. I gotta say, it is one of the better CAO smokes out there. I recommend this cigar to anyone that likes a medium strength cigar. I'll be getting a box of these for my humi.
This cigar is one of the best offerings from CAO. Very rich and smooth. My new favorite!!
Nice cigar with a robust taste. Beautifully constructed.
Good smoke! nice even burn, great flavor from beginning to end. True mild/medium smoke!
This stick is GREAT! It has become my favorite go to cigar, I can smoke it every day morning noon or night, lots of flavor and smooth all the way to the end, It has a little bit of everything, but not to much of anything...try it you'll like it, lots of creamy nutty earthy smoke a bit of pepper, coffee with a nice short finish doesn't linger, came across it by chance & really liked it at first, the more of them I have smoked the more I like it!
Had my first CAO COLUMBIA (TINTO). Must say this stogie was outstanding. Awesome mellow taste, smelled even better. Great Mild-Med. In strength a must try.
I have always been a fan of the other "world" line from CAO, and Colombia doesn't disappoint. I went ahead and ordered some even though they were back ordered and the finally arrived. As per the norm I didn't want to wait for them to "age" in my humidor so I lit one up right away. Yummy goodness. Started out very mellow with a smooth toffee like quality then became a little more peppery (albeit very slightly) in the middle all the while maintaining the mellowness. Good finish that was nutty, rich and leathery. Loved this one!!! Burned my fingers with this guy!!!
