Don Mario

Don Mario is a tasty, Habano wrapped ‘Cuban-sandwich’  blend  that’s wildly popular in Miami’s cigar-crazed Cuban cafes thanks to its rich, satisfying flavor and notes of pepper, cedar, and earth. This Honduran-made blend is medium-bodied and a great knock-around cigar.

Don Mario is a smooth, mild cigar to enjoy over conversation or when savoring quiet moments watching the sunset with a good drink. Consistent burn, taste and construction. I always have some on hand!

What's not to love?
I was enticed to try these tasty cigars because of the low 2-fer price, and 25 per bundle deal. Glad I gave them a try, and they will be a regular purchase now. They are good start to finish, and had a good draw, with a mild to medium strength, and a pleasing taste. I had one or two that burned a little uneven, but no problems.

Cheap is good!
Good little cigar, slow burner and mild taste. Definitely for the price a good humidor filler.

I buy a lot of this one because they smoke well and are to expensive to take to work I don't worry about them going out on me

great price with a price
Solid cigar with good construction. My only criticism would be that towards the end it has a bitter taste, but for this price, I'll manage.

Thanks again! Great service and quality!

These are an ok cigar considering the cost. They are loosely wrapped and burn a little uneven, but they are very high in tar. When I use my v cutter the tar seeps out of the end like an oil well. However if I use a blade cutter it seems to be ok, but again for the price not a bad cigar.

For a lower cost smoke the Don Mario Robusto provides a remarkable flavor and burn. For me, it is the perfect combination of taste and strength. I am so pleased with this cigar it is going to the top of my reorder list.

Don Mario the big surprise!
These cigars are great not just for the price. They taste good with no unpleasant after taste and the quality of construction is good they hold together well. Definitely a working man's cigar. Good bang for the buck. As always great service from CI.

OK Cigar
For a cigar after dinner it's OK but there are two things I find annoying. One, the cigars are loosely packed and I constantly get pieces of filler in my mouth. Second, more often than not, the cigar burns unevenly burning down one side. Cigars are expensive and really good cigars are really expensive, so I have to settle.

Good Cigar for the price
Was not expecting much for the price but was surprised at the robust flavor. Not a Cigar that will be taking the place of my favorites but if I'm just going to the bar for a few drinks or Yard work this one will be in hand.

Inexpensive every day smoke
Good draw, medium to light body, a little dry upon delivery. A good amount of long-leaf in the filler. Labels tend to tear the wrapper upon removal. Not a bad deal at all.

Don Mario Torpedo
As a previous reviewer said; "The Don Mario's are an Excellent Fishing Cigar!". That was just what I was looking for. I had to keep them a little more moist than other hand rolled cigars, but for the price, they were great. My neighbor thought I was enjoying a Cuban the other day. How great was that? As the old saying goes; " You get what you paid for!". These were spot on.

Don Mario
Mild-to Medium Body, well made and flavorful. Best with a shot of espresso or a strong coffee, which brings out the subtleties of the cuban-seed cut-filler and natural shade wrapper. very reasonably priced for a cigar that you can relax with and enjoy without worrying about the price.

Customer Testimonials
Quite a flavorful mild cigar for the price. Been through a couple bundles and will buy again.
A good every day cigar; great with an apple martini!
Decent cigar for a buck a stick, burns a little darker than what you would expect for a mild cigar.
These cigar bundles are best when watching football games or playing poker with friends!
Another WOW for me. What a great cigar for a buck! You don't need to break your wallet to have a nice smoke.
Good cheap cigar....smoked about 6 of them already. For a buck a piece, they are perfect for handing out or just smoking while fishing.
I found Don Mario has a smooth delivery and not a difficult draw... Very little after taste, and enjoyable stick for the price.
