....One is silver and the other’s gold.
Remember that little ditty from grade school playground days? I’ll bet it’s stuck in your head now. The whole theory behind it is to treasure both silver and gold equally, which is easy to do when you’re talking about Room 101 Master Collection Two. This gilded follow-up to the first in the series is all about the gold, all day long. Brand owner Matt Booth described it as “the American Dream in action,” which alludes to the five years it took to perfect the blend. Some of the most innovative minds in the business sought to create something totally unique and then cloak it in gold.
A blend of Nicaraguan and Honduran long-fillers is cradled within a Honduran binder and then topped off with a delectable Criollo wrapper leaf. It’s a limited edition release that’s awash in complexity, and everything about it was well worth the wait.
Room 101 LE Master Two received a well-deserved 90-rating: "This Churchill is predominantly coffee-like in character with notes of leather, wood and a touch of dried cherry. The finish is tangy."
