Nicarao cigars have been around for a while - and chances are, you’ve already come across them once or twice. Regardless, these ultra-boutique handmades are excellent in all facets. So good that Rocky Patel worked with them on a collaborative Nicarao cigar, which he distributed for a few years. But Nicarao cigars are still a very small company - a factor only attributed to lack of exposure. Nicarao’s small size also affords them the time and ability to be creative and produce some outstandingly tasty handmades. Although, after you burn one of these at my ridiculously low prices, I’m expecting Nicarao to get a lot bigger very quickly.
Nicarao Seleccion comes draped in an oily Havana Connecticut Oscuro wrapper and loaded with bold, Cuban-seed long-fillers from Nicaragua, this rich, complex blend is perfectly balanced. Full-bodied and exceedingly rich, Seleccion delivers a delicious array of espresso, cocoa, pepper, cream, and a slight sweetness on the finish.
