Gurkha Trident

Great prongs of Poseidon, it’s Gurkha Trident!

Enter the dark, bold, mysterious new Gurkha Trident. Boasting top-notch tobaccos, and utilizing time-tested rolling methods, it's got everything you've come to expect from the Gurkha camp. But instead, flips the script on price. Oh yes, along the lines of suplexing it on its damn head! These beauties may not set you back a week's pay, but they're truly quite stunning. Greeting the eye awaits a Havana Oscuro wrapper - thinking about it makes me sweat, and really gets the salivary glands going. But that's just the beginning. Beneath this dark cloak, a bevy of robust, aged long-fillers from Nicaragua and the Dominican are perfectly married. The duo unleashes a complex profile loaded with nuances of coffee, pepper, leather, and sweetness. It's a Gurkha that will linger long beyond the time it takes to enjoy it. My suggestion, don’t resist the urge.

great cigar
I am not into the more full cigars but I really like it. It was tasty and stayed lite. Great price on a great product.

Good smokes
This is a very good Cigar right out of the box. I expect it will be even better after a week pr so on the humidor.

Steal a Gurkha
I love these and they are cheap enough to be your every day puffer. There is occasional construction problems but not enough to worry much about. Buy a box and enjoy a medium/strong stick!

Please don't buy these
These used to be a good overpriced cigar. They're still good but now they're underpriced. They're only fault is occasional burn issues. Please don't buy them - then CI will cut the price again and I can buy even more.

Mighty Tasty Ghurka Trident
This Torpedo (Belicoso) is full of good-solid cigar tobacco flavor. Burn line is good and draw is just a bit tight on some of them, but not all. I'm not real skilled at using the fancy words some reviewers utilize in their cigar flavor descriptions. Just letting you know this is a fairly full flavored-nicely satisfying cigar that burns longer than you might think for a cigar it's size.

They are Gurkhas
I got the Gurkha tridents while they were on sale for next to nothing. Could not pass the deal up. However... It's another Gurkha.. Nothing bad to say about it and nothing extravagant to say about it. I enjoy this cigar in the maduro wrapper as a daily cigar. It has its flavors, deeper than a lot of the other Gurkhas I have smoked, but again... It's a gurkha. You won't be dissapointed but it's not gold. If you see these on sale don't pass them up.

review Gurkha Trident
Gurkha Trident - noble cigar! Saturated rich taste. With flavors of coffee, cocoa and leather taste. And that is important - very easily smoked. Many of my friends tried Trident - began to smoke constantly this brand of cigars. The best!

1 Heck of a GREAT Gurkha's Hidden gems,priced 2 stock up.
Another one of Gurkha's hidden gem. Smooth till the end. I prefer the Maduro but Both types burn even.nice draw & a slow burner. For this price,I buy to fill at least 1/2 of 1 of my humidor, actually going 2 but another bigger 1 so I can always have these at hand. Priced just right hay you won't mind giving your friends 1 & let them think you paid a ton more then you did. AAAAAA+ Rated & C.I is the beat to buy from.

The Trident has been a great find. The price is right for this quality cigar. It enables me to keep my humidor stocked and has never disappointed. I have ordered it several times.

Gurkha Trident Churchill review
The Trident were good but not truly what I expected flavor-wise from the Gurkha brand - I will stick with the Black Dragons, Beast, etc going forward for the flavor profile

Customer Testimonials
This is my first Gurkha order. I must have received a Friday at 5:00PM bundle. I expected a bit better. Couple have had draw problems and a couple have cracked while handling during the smoke. End on one crumbled when cutting the cap. The ones that stay together and are smokable and taste pretty good. Sweet, coffee, creamy. Nice long ashes. Hope it was a fluke. May try another box in the future.
It's not a bad cigar, but nothing to write home about in my opinion. I liked the Gurkha Hudson Bay much more, at a similar price point.
I had not tried this Gurkha cigar, none of the local shops carried them. I took a chance and bought a box here in CI. I was really impressed. I'm not fond of leather notes in my cigars, but this one doesn't taste like you rolled up a piece of cowhide and lit it up. The leather notes come and go and are very subtle. The blend and balance work well. I won't be handing these out, I'll be keeping them to myself. On my personal scale 7 out of 10, and the price is on point.
I bought a box of the toros on a special for $2 each. This is one of the first Gurkhas I thought was worth the money under $3. Very good medium bodied cigar, nothing fancy, but definitely worth the money. You can't go wrong with them at these prices.
Good smoke. Nice to knock around out in the garage with.
Big Gurkha fan and really like this one. Great construction, nice even burn and a predictable flavor that carries through to the end. Not a real heavyweight like the Seduction, but truly a pleasure to puff and one that I will order again for the summer.
I just finished smoking my 5th Trident Robusto. This cigar is a sleeper for the price. Consistent in construction, pack and burn, from one stick to the next. Nice transitions from chocolate and leather to a nice cream and coffee with some light spice. There is a pleasant underlying sweetness that runs throughout the entire smoke. A solid medium. Gurkha got this one right. Defiantly box worthy.
