CLE Corojo

Corojo goodness, from CLE cigars.

CLE. The initials of Christian Eiroa, the creator of the 94-rated Camacho brand. Christian has since returned to his roots, and is now operating the creation of a new breed of Honduran cigars. They’re called CLE, they’re delicious, and they come fully equipped with all that full-flavored goodness you’ve come to know and love, from the product of his creative talent.

CLE Corojo is a gem, period. Dressed in a gorgeous Corojo wrapper from Honduras – the wrapper that made Christian Eiroa and Camacho famous – each CLE Corojo cigar comes equipped with robust, significantly aged long-fillers grown in Honduras from Cuban seeds. The smoke is medium to full in body and teeming with hearty nuances. A warm, toasty, somewhat zesty array of flavors, including earth, pepper, wood, and espresso....complemented perfectly by a semi-sweet element on the long and soothing finish.

CLE Corojo received a 90-rating noting: "Earthy coffee notes lead to a sweet vanilla finish on this well-made, even-burning cigar. It is rolled with a bulging middle, tapered foot and three-seam cap."

Way underpriced!
I bought the CLE Corojo in 11/18 because I was looking for a more budget minded smoke that was cheaper then My Father Le Bijou 1922. And holy smokes it could easily be in the my father price range. The 11/18 is a great vitola because it exposes more of the filler flavors in the second third due to the step up in ring gauge. I will defiantly be buying a full box soon

Dang dude
Perfect balance of flavors. Pretty full bodied, but you could smoke it any time. Perfect draw, perfect ash, loads of smoke. Just fantastic!
Customer Testimonials
This is a great cigar. Great construction, even burn and incredible flavor. There are constant flavor changes - you will never get bored of this cigar. If you have a chance to tuck away a box in a humidor or coolidor for 6 months or so, you will be amply rewarded. I can hardly wait to see what they are like in a year or so. If you are not a Corojo fan yet - this cigar will make you one.
Ok. It's a pretty good cigar. Great burn with a lengthy ash. Overall, not bad.
Honestly, I have no idea how this cigar is less than $6. Don't worry, I'm not complaining! I am absolutely going to keep these on hand from now on. I had the robusto.. Exquisite build, pre light draw just coated my mouth with slight coffee and cedar. Burned excellent, never had to help it out. Thick smoke billowed while puffing, and would settle accordingly while resting in the stinky ashtray. The tastes varied throughout the entire stick. Coffee and a slight sweetness at the beginning and end tasted immaculate! In my opinion, this cigar is as good or better than anything out there. Go ahead, try a stick. I doubt you will be disappointed!
This may very well be the best $6 cigar I ever had! Highly recommended.
