Romeo y Julieta Havoc

Email
The new face of Romeo.

Look, I can't sit here in good conscience and condone this type of packaging. I spent about a half hour trying to peel off what I thought was a free temporary tattoo, but then I realized it was actually screen printed on the box. Fool me once, shame on Romeo y Julieta. But they do in fact heal some of the pain thanks to this newly launched handmade and its rather tasty profile. This full-flavored, medium-bodied blend is crafted utilizing only the company’s finest tobaccos, creating an entirely new Romeo y Julieta experience. Draped over the outside is a toothy Nicaraguan Habano wrapper that conceals a balanced core of Nicaraguan and Honduran long-fillers. From start to finish, Havoc displays a flavorful profile layered with crisp notes of roasted nuts, cream, and leather backed by a slightly sweet finish. Easily one of the most enjoyable Romeo y Julietas to date, the Havoc is a must try.

Customer Reviews of “Romeo y Julieta Havoc”
“Normally I'm not a big fan of R&J cigars since they tend to be overpriced for what they deliver. Since I got one of the Havocs in the monthly cigar membership (highly recommend) I decided to try it out. It was surprisingly good! Normally larger cigars don't do it for me since the larger ring gauges overly mingle flavors but this cigar (6x60) was well balanced with a good bit of earth, chocolate, hickory and a hint of spice. The cigar burned well throughout, provided great ash and lasted about an hour and a half (so plan accordingly). Even better; my cigar paired well with coffee so I can get in a good morning smoke on the weekends. I would highly recommend this cigar if you see one in the B&M. 90 points.”

“I’m a relative Newbie with cigars and one of my first cigars was a Romeo Y Julieta Reserva Real, which I thought was very good cigar. Since then, after smoking various cigars of different strengths I find that cigar to be more of a mild to medium cigar with not as much flavor as I have grown to love. So, I decided to try a box of the Romeo Y Julieta Havoc Stocky Bullies. After first lighting the Havoc right out of the box it seemed a little more full flavored than the Reserva Real with a little spice at the back of the throat, but not much different. After the first inch things really changed, it is definitely a full flavored cigar. Had to touch it up a little at the midway point, but I think that is due to no time in the humidor. I’m very happy with my purchase. Can’t wait to see how it tastes with a little time in the humidor.”
