A true beaut!

In most cigar quarters, the reasonably-priced quality handmade may have gone the way of the dodo bird and beehive hairdo. But at Camp CI, a different story is unfolding. Exhibit #14,843: Pioneer Valley - a handmade beaut hailing from one of Nicaragua's premier cigar factories. Quality materials, expert craftsmanship, and enjoyable flavors....all for as low as $1.75 apiece. That's the CI Way, son!

Pioneer Valley is an attractive handmade cigar hugged by a silky true Connecticut wrapper. Beneath this gorgeous natural leaf a well-aged combination of mellow Cuban-seed long-fillers from Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic resides. The cigar is smooth, offering a creamy core of toast and cedar, complemented by crisp tobacco notes. Mild, tasty, and well-made....all for an absurdly low price. Dig in.

“I let the cigars sit for 4 days before trying. I took out 2 Churchill's, and gave one to my friend. My friends was horrible and needed relights constantly, and had a bad taste. My cigar was excellent, and had a great smooth mellow taste, and one relight was all that was needed. I wonder why we both had such different results. In all in my opinion a great cigar. Anyone else wanna give me their feedback?”

“I bought these babies awhile ago and had my last one just a few weeks ago. There were a few that were hard to keep lit but for the most part a very enjoyable smoke. If you have time to let them sit (and I did) they seem to get better and better. I would buy these again.”

“Well I really didn't know what to expect of these but when I lite one up "WOW" this is a good every day smoke. Lots of flavor and good burn. You can smoke these all day and never get a bad one. Good price, I paid $15.00 a piece for some of my smokes and this is by far just as good. I have to say, if you want a low cost but good smoke buy these today before they go up in price. Don't no how they can make these at this price. CI keep up the good work”

“For an inexpensive cigar, they are surprisingly good smoke. A bit inconsistent, but the good ones are really good.”

“OH-MY-Gosh! I'm usually prejudice to light wrappers, but this smoke was GOOD, SMOOTH, CREAMY! I Want at least a 10 pack.”

“I haven't been smoking cigars for a terribly long time by any means, so I'm starting off easy with more mild sticks. I recently picked up the Uncle Stu's sampler and decided to give one of these a try. When I was a teenager I worked at a local tobacco farm, and this thing took me right back to the field - the smell is EXACTLY what I remember about picking tobacco. The taste is smooth and creamy, definitely mild, and delicious. Not once did I find any bitterness, acidity, or harshness to the taste. Though I did need 3 or 4 re-lights, I attribute 2 of those re-lights to the fact that I was a little bit sidetracked while smoking this stick, and I simply let it go out. Still, a very enjoyable smoke and I look forward to my next!”

“Just tried my 1st one after letting it sit in the humi for a few days. The pros - attractive, well constructed, easy to light and stays lit throughout, even burn, and it's mild. The cons - not much of a flavor profile at all and it gets a little harsh toward the end. Unless these get better, I won't be ordering them again.”

“These wonderful cigars don't cost much and they are a fantastic mild to medium cigar that's worth more what you're paying for. Pioneer is my favorite morning cigar, but also great for any time of the day.”
