The new Nicarao Exclusivo is one of the reasons I love my job. I puff cigar after cigar, and I'm none too pleased when I have to sort through a pile of some errr.... crap. So when this delicious morsel showed up on my desk, I was ear to ear with joy. Carefully crafted in Nicaragua, by the factory's best torcederos, each Exclusivo features a beautiful Habano maduro wrapper, that glistens with oily goodness. This enticingly dark and sultry wrapper houses a complex blend of 5-year old and 9-year old Nicaraguan long-fillers to create a bold yet elegantly smooth experience. Medium to full-bodied, and chock full of flavor, deep satisfying notes of spice, coffee, and cocoa coat the palate before a silky and toasty finish. The Exclusivo may look good enough to eat, but my advice here is smoke it, and enjoy the glorious ride.
