La Aurora Corojo

A new blend from a veteran factory.

La Aurora is oldest factory in the Dominican Republic, but despite their age, they continue to produce new, unique blends that cater to the industry's constantly evolving palates. La Aurora Corojo, is just one of many examples. An oily, well-fermented Ecuadorian Corojo wrapper hugs a rich blend of Dominican and Nicaraguan long-fillers, producing a medium-bodied profile that's layered with notes of earth, spices, cedar, and a hint of raisin on the finish. As the cigar progresses, the spice builds and the body follows suit leading to an exciting, medium to full-bodied finale. Burn a few La Aurora Corojos, if you're looking for a cigar that will keep you entertained from first puff to nub.

Having previously trying the La Aurora Leoninos, I am familar with the La Aurora brand. When ordering the Corojo No. 4, I broke my own rule of not ordering a ring size smaller than a 50, but all the larger sizes were sold out during the pricing special. I found the Corojo No. 4 to be loosely packed, burned unevenly and being harse in flavor. I would not recommend this stick other than for a quick smoke on the golf course where quality is not the main objective. My fault for not sticking to my own standards!

these are great.
these Corojo are very good. Construction and output are excellent. Very interesting that the first inch is straight forward and uneventful but then it develops into a very complex flavor that get better and better. It really keeps my attention. Creamy, baking spice, sweet cedar, white pepper.

Can't go wrong with La Aurora!
This, like the other La Aurora blends I have tried, is another great stick! Well worth the time to sit and enjoy 1 or 5 lol. A great smoke from start to finish.

A Superior Every Dayer.
I'm always looking to upgrade my every day stock. This cigar has just been put at the top of that category. Good price, better cigar.

Very good quality
I was introduced to these by a friend, and fell in love with them. Good consistency throughout the entire smoke, and a nice solid flavor. You can't really ask for more.
